      Ironwood is a beautiful and helpful community in a nice and safe area in Rancho Cucamonga. CHP across the street makes it feel safer and the trees are great for shade while walking. Stores are walking distance and freeways are just as close.

      I do not recommend these apartments, I’ve been dealing with an extreme pest issue that they fixed just long enough to make me believe it was gone in order to sign a new lease.

      Great to store cars

      Everything has honestly been great since living here. Its by Everything so there's lots to do and eat, the complex is nice and the pools are upto date with looks. People dont clean the grills but of course they being lazy so no surprise. Hardly hear my neighbors and its pretty quiet. But SO MANY EXTRA CARS. You want guests over? Well gotta make em park on the other side of the complex to find a spot because either 1. People got 3 plus cars just sitting here or 2. People leave their cars to collect dirt and cobwebs never to be moved. You think being in a nice place they would be on top of things like that but nope (they sent an email for nothing hanging on the patios nd still see stuff hanging so im sure they didnt enforce anything). I get some people have family living here but to store cars that dont get driven is crazy for them to allow for free.

      I have to say that I am very disappointed in the overall facilities. It is not "pristine" nor is it "modern, energetic" as it is described on your site. For example, the walkways and stairs are stained and my front door has dents in it. I am so disappointed that I really do not want to live here.

      I’ve lived here 3 months and initially I loved it but I’ve had some issues with maintenance repairs either taking multiple trips to fix. I had a significant water heater leak that damaged my balcony and garage as well as some of my belongings. The leak was stopped but the damaged walls still have not been fixed. Though several messages to the residents office have been left, I have not had anyone call to tell me when the damaged walls will be repaired or call to ask me about my damaged property.

      My family and I love living at Ironwood North. The property is well kept, the maintenance team is always here to help and Romie in the leasing office is awesome. The apartments are spacious and the attached garage that's leads straight into my apartment is something you do not find in other apartment complexes, and the fact that you can also park another car infront of the garage is a plus.

      I have been living here since 2019 and I love it. The area always kept clean and facility has a good lighting I feel save to walk around at night. Plenty of parking space. Staff are very friendly and the apartment is in good location.

      Living at Ironwood North shows you what a good, clean apartment complex should be. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and is always happy to help.       This is a beautiful building that is not well maintained. Upgraded amenities in the apartment, but the exterior does not receive the care and attention it should. Staff could be friendlier, except Romie. Staff is not responsive to residence concerns.

      DO NOT RENT HERE

      The management team is TERRIBLE. They are very rude both main property manager and assistant manager. You bring up concerns or issues and they somehow make it turn into “it’s because you…”. I had a problem with a resident disturbing me and harassing me multiple times. Their solution was “just call the 24 hr patrol” does they patrol answer? NO! They take forever to respond to emails and voicemail and then make it seem like it’s your fault for not leaving multiple messages. When in fact, it should only take one voicemail call to be reached out to. And then once they actually get back to you either leave a voicemail or when you answer, they’ll make passive aggressive comments towards you (both mangers) The complex is always dirty. The pools are dirty, the lounge chairs and Day beds are stained with black marks. The stairways are dirty, always full of mold on the edge, and somehow burnt marks or fire marks. The front gate is always broken making it seem unsafe and basically allowing anyone to come in at night when there’s already weird people walking around at night. Not to mention my neighbors car here got stolen. Then they say the office closes at six when in fact, they always close earlier. biggest issue here was the management team very rude and unprofessional. For the crazy amount of rent they charge here you could find somewhere else with a nicer management team and better maintenance of the complex.

      I could not recommend Ironwood apartments to anyone - I have been here for a long time and have seen this place changed over about 4-5 times. I use to have a personal experience with people that work in the office (all the new people are not friendly nor professional). The complex is always dirty - rent continues to go up (I have old appliances old carpet) for a building that needs paint it looks old (I do see they are making changes to the pool area. Maybe that justify for the high increase?

      They don't care about their tenants.

      I left Ironwood on November 2020 and I still didn't get my security deposit back. Called them and sent emails several times and they never get back to me. Don't go to this property. They don't care about their tenants. There are several places in RC similar to Ironwood with the same price with much better service and apartments.

      Service could be better. Maintenance staff should have better work ethics and professionalism. I'm very unhappy with the service provided here at the Ironwood Apartments.

      I really enjoy living here This is the second time and it totals more than 6 years over a 10 year period. I have never had a singe incident with management or resident. Plenty of parking even during tis Covid lockdown.. There really is no place for children to play. Everything is kept up but the downside is the sound of weed eaters, mowers and blowers early in the morning. it seems a better group of residents as everyone I have met has been very nice, will continue t live here as the quality of the grounds, apartments and furnitings re way above standard, and the most cost effective apartment around.

      I have lived in three different units here at Ironwood South, and one thing I really like us the attached garage and washer/dryer in the units. The front staff are very nice and easy to talk to. The locker system makes it easy to retrieve large package deliveries in a safe way. I noticed the pool has been upgraded on the 5th St side. Hoping to enjoy the amenities once the pandemic dies down. I am quite happy here.

      They’re Lucky These Are “Nice” Apartments

      The only good thing about these apartments is that they’re kinda nice inside the units. Management? TERRIBLE. The communication is poor. There have been countless times where my roommates and I have held up our side of the bargain regarding IMPORTANT things (COVID-19 rent deferral, move out notice, returning keys...) and all they’ve done is unjustly CHARGE US. For the rent deferral back in March, I’m pretty sure they never got the documentation done, though I turned everything necessary in, and then it took about 5 calls and 3 emails to finally get them to take the late fee off AFTER months of already paying the “deferred” rent. We have since moved out, on our scheduled move out date that they “CONFIRMED” twice with us, yet somehow we have a pending charge for a whole next month’s rent. We turned in the 60days notice. We left the keys in the apartment as instructed, because they were going to be off early for the holidays. And they have STILL not reached out to us regarding this issue and will not answer emails/calls.

      Ironwood has become a disaster and it's sad because this place used to feel like home and now it feels like a dictator is in charge making us miserable.

      You definitely DON'T get what you pay for

      Pros: -in unit washer/dryer -location -the workers in the front office are very nice -easy maintenance jobs get done relatively quickly -option for walk in closet or fireplace Cons: -in the year I've been here, the mailboxes have been broken into three times -you never get email notifications for important things, like the mailbox being broken into.... -parking has been progressively more difficult to find. People leave their jalopies parked in the same spot for months. Management sends a general email telling people unmoved cars will be towed but they never tow anyone -the entire complex smells like weed -none of the gates actually lock so anyone can walk in -trash pick up is not adequate. The dumpsters fill very quickly -they tell you about this great program called parcel pending that you can pay to sign up for and your deliveries will be delivered there but packages are never delivered there and instead are constantly being delivered to the wrong address -I'm not in the most currently updated apartment but the finishes are very sloppy. The faucet is not straight, hairs are painted into the wall, and all of the curtain rods are crooked (to name a few) we are hoping to move into a permanent residence soon which is why we had not left the complex but hopefully soon and I would not recommend this place

      I have leaved here for a long time have been through at least 3 management changes. It has been hard to always get to know how the new company operates...but overall my experience has been great working with the people in the management office they are very nice and will always handle any issues you may have done in a timely manner. The maintenance people who come to fix things in your apartment are always courteous. This complex is very quite which I enjoy a lot!

      Beautiful

      These are beautiful apartments, they are renovated and have many perks to them like, full sized garages, all new appliances, gated, meaning you feel safe at all times! The neighborhood is very nice, it’s also close to shopping malls, restaurants, grocery’s(everything is literally 5 min away)! Ask for Lanay, she's awesome, she was so helpful in getting me the apartment that best fit all of my needs! Excited to be a part of Ironwood community!

      Great Apartments

      I lived in these apartments for 4 years. I didn't have any problems. The maintenance crew is always working on the property and other than a few minor problems like tenants being too lazy to walk to the main trash areas...they do a great job keeping it clean. The pool is always clean, they upgraded the gym. When I moved, I got my entire deposit back minus the cleaning fee which I agreed to have them take out of my deposit. Centrally located close to everything within walking distance. Anyone who complains about living here was probably the problem

      Expect Homeless in Your Backyard and Breaches of Your Lease

      In every current tenant's lease is a provision that they will accept your packages. The office manager will admit that that is a term in the lease and that they will no longer accept packages. Instead, they hired a company to manage packages for them which REQUIRES tenants to provide their credit card to the company for fees on a service provided for in the lease. Those that did not agree to contract with this third-party now spend thirty minutes retrieving their packages from USPS miles away when the landlord rejects them. By the way, the landlord splits the fees with the company they hired to fulfill the duty owed to their tenants by the lease. It feels like living somewhere with zero loyalty to the people who trusted them. Also, do not expect the gate to ever work. I moved into my apartment in September and the gates have not been closed a single day of that time. Homeless people walk through the property constantly and you should not expect any security if you live here - not from the gates and not from the landlords.

We have already received a lot of positive feedback about the amazing benefits the lockers have to offer: 24-hour access to pick up packages and immediate notification (via text, email or both) once the package has been delivered. To participate in the program, register online at myparcelpending.com. Please note, Ironwood does not benefit from any storage fees. Additionally, if a resident chooses not to participate in the program, packages may return with the carrier. Prior to this parcel program, the Leasing Office reserved the right to accept packages at their discretion, per the signed lease agreement. If you have questions about the Parcel Pending Package System or if you would like to share additional feedback, we encourage you to reach out to the Leasing Office directly.       Perfect

      I really enjoy living here. The apartments are nice. Never had a problem with neighbors or the community. Rooms are a little small but it's not a big deal to me. The office staff is wonderful, they are all friendly and very personable.

      Do not waste your time or money here.

      Beware of this place! Difficult to work with, policies that require you jump through tons of their hoops. Parking sucks no matter what lies they tell you. If you come home after 4pm you will do some walking to get home. Car collectors and garages full of junk so they park outside in your second spot. Visit after 600pm and look for a parking spot. Been there done that. Should have stayed in my townhouse in Upland. So much better. Small size units for large prices. Forget about getting your deposit back even after living there a year and half and leaving the place very clean with no damage. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place or any Western National Management place. ugh!

      Beautiful Apartment, Great Location

      This apartment is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a cup of tea while watching the sun set over the Empire Lakes Golf Course. With a massive patio, closet, living area, and attached garage, this hardly feels like your typical one bedroom apartment. The complex also provides gated security and multiple work out rooms, pools, bbqs, and outdoor sitting areas. Best of all, its located right by all your favorite shopping places and restaurants, or if you're like me, only a short drive to find that perfect outdoor getaway.

      Great from top to bottom

      What makes Ironwood great is their staff. They are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Everyone takes pride in their work. The pool and grounds are always clean. They treat you like one big family. Not too strict, not too soft. Reasonable rent and plenty of parking. Best in IE.
