Car got broken into, they said they have security but this place is not safe. The gates don’t work and parking is terrible.

I lived here for almost 4 years until this year. Staff was always professional and the property was always clean. The price you pay for the size and quality of apt is so worth it. Never had any issues and move out fees were very fair and much less than I thought and got most of deposit back

I just stopped in this past week to check this place out... Elijah, the leasing agent greeted me and instantly made me feel at home. I told him as we progressed through the tour how relevant the experience is with who is showing the apartment .. I love the building, the neighborhood, everything.. but Elijah really set the tone -He was incredibly accommodating, genuine and really made me feel like he wanted me to be a part of their community. I now can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else and can't wait to live at Irongate!!

I moved into this complex recently and I have had a really wonderful experience. When I first called in to schedule an appointment to view the units, Priscilla was so kind and welcoming over the phone. When she gave me the tour of the place later that day she was really personable and didn't try to hard sell me. I am new to the area and this was the first apartment I looked at in the Natomas area. Mainly because of Priscilla and how beautiful the community is it was the only one I looked at- she completely sold me. I really felt like she wanted what was best for me, and that she was really in love with the community herself. She made the whole process of applying to moving in SO easy and painless. From start to finish she called me personally walking me thru every step of the way being so patient and kind thru out the process. Priscilla went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The units are stunning with amazing views, its quiet, its close to everything, common areas are clean and tidy, and the concierge is SO KIND and helpful. Being new to the area its perfect because its in the middle of everything. I'm so happy I chose to move here and I don't think I will ever leave.

The people at the office really care about your needs. They are also super responsive to any concern I may have. I love my apartment, the location (I have a beautiful view to a park and lake in my one bedroom)I love this place. I've lived here previously and came back a few months ago after 2 years away. The staff is incredible--friendly and super helpful. They really try to make the apartment feel like a community. The apartments themselves are beautiful and VERY spacious. Irongate has been a wonderful living experience.

It’s so normal here for glasses being broken.Car theft.Its not a gated community.There are lot of places for outsiders to get in easily.Management has no concerns regarding safety and security.Worst managed apartments.Parking is a nightmare here.If you come anytime in night .you will definitely not find a parking spot.Actually it’s -5 stars

We have been living in this property over a year. Two times our cars had broken and management didn’t care about it. They never installed camera even though incidents have been occurring more often. We are waiting for lease end so we can move out.. Don’t move into this property find better management that’s care about your loss. I would give Zero star if I can.

I love living here, I have all the freeways here. It's close to all the areas I like to travel to (Minutes from downtown, West Sac, airport, etc) They pick up my trash from my front door 7 days a week!!! I haven't had any pest or rodent issue. My apartment comes with one parking spot. You people expect so much parking from apartments it's like you've never lived in an apartment complex before!!! I love this place.

I love the diversity of our complex...all types of families and people leave here. The atmosphere is peaceful with families walking the grounds and pool area leisurely. Grocery is within walking distance and downtown Sacramento is 9 minutes away. We get the convenience of downtown without the traffic and noise. Landscaping is beautiful and mature. Staff are responsive yet not intrusive. My only suggestion would be a Jacuzzi, but otherwise the pool is kept clean. We also have a nice area for grilling and a fitness center. The neighborhood is quiet, and we also have a courtesy patrol. The fire department is only a few blocks away. We are also only about 15 minutes from Sacramento International Airport.

Moved to Sac from Houston and found this place by just driving around. Best bang for my buck for what I needed and distance to work. I was even able to fit my pool table in the "living room." Very convenient if you travel a lot as it is very close to the airport. A selling point for me. Pet friendly and the office is pretty cool. The parking is limited but I found that to be the case almost everywhere I looked, so not a shocker or deal breaker. Very close to grocery and other shopping. Not a lot of night life in the area, but minutes from downtown. Overall a decent place to live.

This is a nice apartment community. The units are good sized with good floor plans. Amenities good with pool and exercise room. It has gotten expensive with rents going up $100.00 a month annually. Too much of an increase since salaries aren't keeping up. Maintenance ok. The water restrictions due to drought are not being met, the lawns are way too green. One more year of rent increase and I'll be out of here.

Such a nice place to live at! The area is great to start a family in. Would love to live somewhere like this. Close to home as well. Would be lucky, the prices aren't bad either! Go Check it out for yourself! You won't regret it! Beautiful home!

I didn't move there because the price is extremely too high for a single mother but I will say the community looks very nice.
