Horrible
Management is terrible, they treat tenants very poorly. Can confirm the cockroach infestation, and the landlord's complete lack of even trying to manage it.

Cockroach infestation
Recently moved into a unit and found cockroaches on the very first day. Spoke with multiple residents of the building, all of whom have shared they too are facing a longstanding cockroach issue. Tricorp is threatening legal action 1 week into a lease. I cannot recommend strongly enough that people avoid this building and avoid Tricorp.
