I lived at Integra Woods for almost 5 years - and loved every minute of it! If I had any maintenance issues the maintenance guys would come out so quickly. I just moved out of Palm Coast and spent the majority of my time living in PC at Integra Woods. I cannot suggest this property enough! My unit looked over the lake, and I loved being able to sit out and drink my coffee with a view each morning. The staff is also super kind and helpful. Sara dealt with my questions the most and was able to answer pretty much anything I threw at her. I would 100% live here again.

I love this place. Emily up front will take care of you and she is beyond great. Very pretty property and I love the pool. I left my garage door open all night on accident and long behold nothing was touched. It is full of expensive things I have collected over the years as an accountant through my travels and it was all there. This place is great!

The layout of the community is attractively laid out. The buildings are attractive. It' s a very nice community to live .
Carly who is a Leasing Manager helped me though out my leasing process. I had so many question since I had to sign the lease before even looking at the physical apartment because of timelines at my end. Carla showed me the apartment on zoom video call. I am so thankful. I feel safe and quiet to live here. I am very happy with my apartment layout and it is well maintained.

Carla and Ashton make you feel like family when ever you’re in the clubhouse. The maintenance works are also friendly. They are quick to respond to any concerns or questions of which there are not many. The peacefulness of being tucked into the woods makes it hard to leave, unless to drive to the beach!

Excellent office and maintenance staff. Community is friendly, relaxed, and everyone seems to be very courteous and respectful of their fellow residents. Integra Woods is a safe and stress free community. You will want to stay for a long time...we certainly do!

Integra Woods is a lovely place to call home. The wooded surroundings are so peaceful with the gentle sound of the fountain in the lake. The clubhouse is very inviting with a variety of entertaining tools. The staff make you feel like you are part of the family.

The staff is absolutely wonderful do you have a problem they are there in 24 hours or less to take care of it, my view is wonderful the apartment is roomy but needs new flooring!!!! Carpet is very dated! However on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them at eight! If it was hardwood flooring they would definitely get a 10 Love it here

Very nice complex. Peaceful and quiet secluded apartments. Nestled in the Seminole woods you get to experience nature and all its Beauty. And the beach is only minutes away!

I been here for 2 years. It is an apartment complex, everyone learned and lives differently. The people here are friendly, all issues are fixed or managed quickly, parking is limited.
