Great apartment, but the elevator is a major issue I’ve been living here since February 28, 2025, and while the apartment itself is great, the elevator has been consistently unreliable. It goes out of service several times a month, and the issue hasn’t improved over time. This has been a major inconvenience, especially when carrying groceries or for anyone with mobility concerns. I hope management takes serious steps to resolve this ongoing problem.

My experience has been super! Staff is always helpful and pleasant to be around! The maintenance team is equally the best. I have no rental experience since I have always lived in a house. If I ever leave here it will be tough to beat!

The only problem I have here is that the people are still smoking and leaving their trash in the hallway alone with their trash cans I truly love it here I don’t see myself going anywhere no time soon

The apartment itself is nice and very modern. I have had various problems with my utilities, but everything got fixed eventually. The elevator in my building has been going down a lot recently, and being on the top floor, this makes everything really inconvenient.

The staff was very nice and helped in every way possible. Made the process much easier. From beginning to end the tour was amazing. Every amenity was explained thoroughly.
Been here for almost 2 months and I am enjoying my stay and the amenities. Ms. Rikisha has been super helpful with our stay here! Love our view and how it’s developing around us.
The complex is really nice and so are all the amenities but the way the place is managed is very strict and not done in the best way. It’s easy to point fingers from the outside but it seems silly how the problem solving is done. On my first day I was walked to my unit and the entire way there was a threat of a fine if I did anything wrong as in “the trash goes outside and if the bin is not picked by 9 we will fine you. If you want to throw it in the compactor do so properly or we will fine you.” It just felt like they wanted to find a reason to fine me.
Everything about Integra Village is top notch. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they also go above board to help residents!! I’m glade I chose to move here.
Great locality with amazing amenities. Apartments are very spacious, have plenty of sunlight too. The staff has been pretty helpful till now. No complaints so far, my living experience has been pretty great.

Great property design with excellent amenities. Only dings are due to being early adopters and part of debugging the internet and related systems. Once we got through it all it’s now very good. Nice place to hunker down in. Ladies in the office are very responsive and willing to help. Very quiet too. Can’t beat the location.
The apartment team have made things very easy for us while we transition from the Panhandle to the east coast of FL. We thought we were going to rent a house...glad we ended up here.

Do your homework other places in the area that will answer calls email's ,and texts. They then give false reason for delays . Do your Research
