I highly recommend this property. The move in process was very smooth considering this was my 1st time renting I'm only 19 and they even worked with me on my credit. Mary was my leasing consultant and she was so helpful with everything even still till this day! Highly recommend!!

We do overall like it here. Besides the ant issue we are having we are close to stores/family. Just would like our ant problem to be resolved. Seems what the pest guy is using is not enough. Apartment is nice but I feel the counters/cabinets could be upgraded.

This is a very nice, quiet place that is off the road some but close enough to major shopping areas. The grounds are well kept and the units are updated, The staff is very on point and if you have any issues, the communication is great. Overall this is a great place to live for the value you are getting.

So far I love this community. Theyre understanding and acceptance for furry friends really is shown when you walk around and see how many families have one. The apartment was professionally cleaned before we moved in and you could tell. Fresh pain, impeccable carpet and spacious layout. So glad we decided on Intergra.

To be honest, the first time I arrived at this community had the feeling to be arriving home. When I met the office personnel, my first impression was reaffirmed. Don't want to be negative because these are issues that can be remedied. Place is pretty good, well maintained. I noticed a light fixture broken when I moved in. It was repaired in a few days. Move in was well. It's moving not gonna be amazing if your doing it yourself.
The Lord definitely lead us to this amazing community and staff worked out every detail so well that we were able to move in within 1 week. Victoria and Carla at the leasing office treat you with understanding and high respect! We have lived here a week today and still cannot believe how amazing it has all been!

This is a very nice Apt Complex. We have just moved int a few days ago and all looks clean, well maintained, and quiet place. We had a minor issue with our bathroom mirror which maintenance took care instantly. Inside the apartment is very nice, especially the study area, amazing. Beautiful and colorful complex. Price wise I would consider it fair and I hope it will remain so. I believe we will have a great time staying in here.

So far I've had a great experience living at Integra since I moved in 8/20. Everyone is friendly. Staff is Amazing. If you have any concerns staff will address it. But I think it's a Great place to live. The amenities are great as well.

I lived at Integra Landings for a year and had an amazing experience. The maintenance and management teams were always professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location was also extremely convenient for me not only because of work but also because of the proximity to restaurants and shopping plazas. The neighbors were always friendly and I never had a problem with anyone. The only reason I left was because I needed to be closer to school, otherwise I would have stayed for sure.

We rented an apartment with two bedrooms, two baths and garage on the first floor. They make sure there is new carpet and clean when you move in. We stayed here for almost a year and found that the staff is excellent. The service people were very respectful and always greeted us. When service needed to be done in the apartment they were prompt and efficient. Very trustworthy. The office staff is very cordial and they listen to your concerns. They have great amenities including pool, workout room, computers. Occasionally they have events at the club house as well. The only down side is that when you are on the first floor you hear everything that is above you that is why I give them four stars.

To be sort and to the point they don't care about you at all. The amenities aren't available since they are only open when normal people work and for only a few hours Saturday. The front gate and dumpster are always broken so there is no security and there is garbage piled up attracting scavengers. The stair wells and walk ways are disgusting and when you report an issue nothing is done about it.

Where to begin. I'll start by saying that the apartment itself is pretty nice. Not the amount of money they are charging, nice, but it's no hunters Creek. The location is off the road quite a ways for a sense of "privacy" from the outside area. Decently close to I4 and close to stores/food. On the rent note, just be advised they have now decided since the rental market is so "hot" that they are raising rent to around 1300 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Which means you'll be paying around 1050 to 1100 for a 1 bedroom. This includes nothing. Be prepared to pay for electric, water, garbage disposal and even sewer. That deposit you are about to make? You won't get it back as they will make some ridiculous excuse as to why they kept 1000 dollars. My favorite line "your porch was dirty". Apartment was spotless, but the porch concrete being dirty is worth 1000? Ok. The garbage compactor is overflowing at least 1 to 2 times a week. It's absolutely disgusting. There is a stray cat epidemic and they love going into the breeze ways and deficating. Meanwhile scattering garbage from the overflowing compactor as they stroll throughout the complex. There is absolutely no assigned parking and the sheer amount of people living here, is well over what there should be. If you get off of work later then 8pm, good luck finding a spot. You'll be parking in a fire lane. Or, pay them an extra 100 dollars for a one car garage. Riiiiiiight. My AC broke at least once a week for 2 months. Their maintenence would come and "fix" it once a month as well. Took me complaining for it to actually get FIXED, for good. Instead of spending money on fixing their parking, or the animal problem, or getting the garbage to be picked up more frequently (which hilariously enough WE ARE PAYING FOR).....they choose to paint the buildings. And the stairwells. Which didn't even need to be painted. Honestly, I wouldn't even live here again if I was homeless and had no where else to go. Disappointing 12 months and a HUGE headache.
Right from the start you feel welcome. Everyone in the office is so nice and attentive. Every email and question I had was answered. I wasn't left in the dark about anything. The aprtmentes are clean and very well kept. The parking can be a little difficult considering where your building is, but that would be the only thing I could complain about. When signing the lease everything was explained throughly. Great place with a great staff!!!
Integra Landings in Orange City is such a great place to live in, the gym, lounge, and pool are always kept clean no mater what time you go. Such friendly staff works here and equally friendly people live here as well. I seriously recommend Integra Landings to anyone who is looking for luxury apartments at a great price. I've lived in several apartments in several states and this is by far the least of them. First, upon moving in I realized their attempt at "cleaning" the apartment prior to my arrival was dismal at best. There were stains in the fridge, food and liquid splattered on the cabinets, trash in the pantry, the floors were dirty and clearly, it never occurred to anyone to hit the baseboards with a broom...ever. It was one of the dirtiest units I have ever seen. They did come back in and clean it, but could have done better. Thank goodness they replaced the carpet before I moved in. Also, I would have appreciated someone telling me prior to moving in that there are no overhead light fixtures in the bedrooms or living room. That would have been useful when I was making my decision on where to lease an apartment. Additionally, parking is a joke here. If you have a job that goes past 6 or 7 in the evening, good luck finding parking when you get home. Many folks just park in the no parking zones because there aren't enough parking spaces. I'm just thankful I have a short term lease while my home is being built. My advice, look elsewhere to rent. There are better properties out there for the money. I regret leasing here.
A wonderful place to call home, especially if you need peace and quiteness. The staff is incredible. Approximately 2 miles away from shopping and dining.
