The management and maintenance teams here have been wonderful to work with so far and we’ve been enjoying the amenities and extra little events and food trucks that pop up. Plus the lakes, walking areas, and parks nearby are beautiful. We like the overall design and comfort of our place as well.

Overall my experience here has been good. Office and maintenance staff are courteous and professional. Office staff helpful if problems exist. Property is kept pretty good. Recently had paint job.Most residents are friendly ie.,will speak to you. Hold gate for you,etc. MY floor is very quiet.l am by elevator.
Integra Lakes has been home since the community was built. It’s peaceful, aesthetically beautiful, great maintenance and office staff. Location is central to restaurants, grocery and retailers

It's a well-manicured complex in a beautiful area! We toured 12 other so-called luxury apartments before finding this place and were about to give up hope. Integra Lakes was a light at the end of a tunnel. It's a little too early to say more.

Integra lakes is a great place to live. My boyfriend and I were really nervous to move into our first apartment but so far the experience has been great. You can't hear any noise from other rooms and overall the area is quite peaceful. Washer/dryer in unit. Before move in everything is thoroughly cleaned. The carpet is actually incredibly nice and not dirty at all. High ceilings. High quality appliances. Maintenance is extremely helpful and just overall great people. Ample parking and the spots are relatively big. No complaints about the apartment so far.

We are beyond satisfied with the community Integra Lakes has provided my partner and I over the past several months. Integra was the best decision of our move and truly negated a lot of "could be" issues commonly encounter in an average move. Our biggest plus that Integra offers is the 6 days a week availability for maintenance and office staff. Apartment manager makes active effort to curate events to nurture the community of the complex and to preserve the aesthetics of the living spaces.

Integra has the best maintenance team!! Any issues in the apartment are resolved urgently ! The same maintenance guy has fixed all issues we’ve faced since 2019. He’s courteous, professional and friendly! My 6 y.o. daughter says he’s the best home fixer !

The faculty here are awesome! They respond promptly and are genuinely so nice! The location is so conveniently located and the units themselves are up to date and beautiful! My boyfriend and I are so happy here! A special thanks to Nina for making the move in process so easy and stress free!
Such a great space for the price. Apartment has a big living area and island style kitchen which makes it seem so luxurious! Nina in the office was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience.
As a new attendant I can’t express how amazing my experience has been with Nina!!!! If I can give them more than five stars I would. Her professionalism combined with the feel of her authenticity made my experience at Integra Lakes amazing. I recommend this place hands-down. The property is amazing and the maintenance staff seems to be great being that they where able to handle my needs quicker than the scheduled time. Highly recommend, but definitely pick Nina ??
This place went downhill. It was nice when I came before this new management. Its turning into the hood. It smells like poop and urine, gangsta rap and thugs. Needs new management . This place will be infested with roaches soon and degraded . Waste of money. DONT MOVE HERE

The management at this complex does NOT know what they are doing! Our lease had to be resubmitted and resigned close to FIVE times because they just couldn't get it right. Each time we found a new mistake. I can only imagine the mess if we had trusted them and blindly signed it! Furthermore, they only want your money. We found out about all sorts of additional fees when we showed up to the lease signing, AFTER our application fees and credit check had already been submitted and AFTER we decided to move forward with them and the fees they had presented us with. You have to purchase a key fob to access the hallway of your apartment for 75 a piece. We needed 2. None are included and you cannot gain access to your home without one. The garage door openers are also 75 a piece. None included. This was, in total, an additional 225 that we were unaware of!! These items MUST be returned upon move out and you will not get a refund of the fees paid to use them. You WILL however, receive an additional fee for them if they are not returned. They care nothing about you or your family and their extensive fees and lack of communication show that. As far as the actual apartments themselves, they have cheap upgrades to make them look like luxury apartments. The wood flooring is rolled out linoleum. The gated system is ALWAYS broken and there were times I wasn't even able to enter my hallway unless I walked (with young children in the rain at times!) around to another part of the building! The system was so broken once, that it shrieked an awful beeping sound CONSISTENTLY for 2 days until someone from the main office could arrive to fix it! The walls are paper thin and you will hear every single conversation or dog bark within the hallway, not to mention hearing every single unit's door as it SLAMS shut with its spring loaded hinges. I have never slept so poorly in my life! The trash cans outside the hallways are overflowing by Sunday since they don't have them changed over the busy weekend. Its disgusting. And as far as safety goes, police were called to search the community for dangerous offenders multiple times during our tenancy. Not a good feeling when you're walking into your home with a young child alone! All in all, not worth it. Go anywhere else.

Super expensive for the price you get renting this place.. I lived here for 2 yrs and since management has changed, went downhill from there.. If you want to get your money's worth I would look at other places that offer the same for lesser price. Glad I moved out!!

I have lived here from the very Beginning of them opening and I love living here it’s a very quiet community! management is amazing Jasmine the assistant manager is a wonderful person. maintenance has always been available and willing to help whenever you need help with anything. they know the residence by first names

This place is very much overpriced and is run by inexperienced management. Of all the great reviews that you might see on their website, most of them are being posted by their management itself. They control that site and keep on removing the bad ones to make this place look good. Being a former resident my advice to you is PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GET INTO THIS TRAP since it is not worth the money nor the headaches that you will be getting at this place. Moreover they want to charge for the things that are being offered free of charge at other places. To be very frank this should me your last option to call this place as your home.

I will never suggest this place to anybody, since this is a DUMP, poorly managed and very much overpriced. If you cannot find something else only then consider living at this place. Prior to your move the management promises you just about everything, but it is not the same once you move in. If you complain they threaten you that they are calling the coops and often try to file baseless charges against you. There are a lot of people who went through this phase with them and are considering of filing a Class Action Lawsuit against them. My only suggestion to you is STAY AWAY and find some other place, since this is not where you want to be and sooner or latter you will regret in the even you decided to move at this place.

Currently live here and such a big mistake. Apartment is over priced, maintenance is not helpful, leasing specialist Yasmine was nice up until I finished signing the lease agreement. Doesn’t answer my calls, extremely poor management team as well as service.
