Property Ratings at Integra Heights
This company completely violated our rights during the apartment application process regarding service animals and people with disabilities. We were forced to create PetScreening accounts just to move forward, and the process required us to answer intrusive and unnecessary questions that go far beyond what the law requires. We provided legitimate documentation from a licensed doctor verifying the need for service animals, yet instead of respecting that, PetScreening required extra steps, invasive questioning, and pressured us into giving consent we did not want to give. This is not only inappropriate but a clear violation of our rights under fair housing laws. No person with a disability should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment in order to secure housing. What should have been a straightforward process was turned into a stressful and discriminatory experience. I strongly urge others to be aware of these practices and for this company to be held accountable for how it treats applicants with service animals.
Just minor things but when brought up they are addressed. Super friendly staff. Amenities are nice and maintenance seems to try and be on top of things.
I have loved living here! The only critiques I have are that there is no enforcement of dog waste clean up, and parking is a bit of a nightmare. I think it’s great that the complex has dog waste stations with little poop bags and a waste receptacle placed around the property, but residents still don’t clean up after their pets. I also appreciate that Integra Heights has initiated a parking pass system in an attempt to mitigate non-residents taking up parking spaces. Hopefully this will resolve the parking problems over time. Other than that, it’s great.

I absolutely love it here! The community is extremely nice and helpful as well as the leasing agents and the whole management team. Edrianna and Jamie are extremely wonderful and helpful people that i believe we need more in this world
Front desk staff and maintenance are quick to respond to request. Constant improvements being made to software and security by the community.
I have been living in this condo for over a year. Everything works perfectly well and whenever we have any questions or problems the staff resolves them quickly and are always friendly.
Smooth transition and very help moving staff to ensure everything in unit was ready for move in. I feel that the office team very helpful explaining everything to ensure all necessary information and events were setup and completed by move in date.
I am proud to call Integra Heights home. We have been here since October 2023, and we love living here. The area is nice, we are close to Clermont, Hamlin, and Disney (Bay Lake). The area is growing, but it only takes me 10 minutes to get to 429 allowing me to get to Orlando or Lake Mary very easily. We are close to TWO Publix Grocery Stores, Three Walmarts, a Costco, and several new stores opening in Clermont.
Ive Really enjoyed my time at Integra heights! The staff is great, understanding and efficient! The amenities are amazing and are what initially helped me decide between here and another neighborhood. I love that its such a dog friendly neighborhood.
Been living here over a year and everything is fine amenities are great the staff is pleasant to deal with and the management is very helpful I had an issue with FedEx delivering to wrong apartment and they helped me find it and got it for me, little things like that help the experience living here so much better. Dog friendly TOO!

Best complex ever I love the community everyone is friendly is a nice community to live in the monthly activity are fun also the food trucks selection that comes are really good… The management is really nice and friendly as well is the staff I don’t regret moving in
The move-in experience was smooth and the staff was more than accommodating, informed, and helpful. The modern amenities paired with a well thought out apartment complex design and ease of access to multiple popular locations in Orlando, truly sets this location as the top apartment complex in clermont.
very nice facilities, generally very quiet and property is kept supper clean. management team is very friendly and helpful. the apartments are very modern and the appointments in them are very clean and fresh.

The location of this community is excellent, situated on HWY 27 with easy access to schools, restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, highways, and Disney theme parks. Security is strong, with cameras, controlled building access, and 24/7 property police. The amenities are good but need improvements— the gym requires better cleanliness and sanitizing supplies, and the outdoor kitchen needs upkeep. Hallways are often dirty due to pets, and stricter enforcement of policies is necessary. The office staff and Jaime are friendly and helpful. Rent is competitive initially but increases significantly, making it less attractive in the long term. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, though hallways and elevators require more cleaning. The community is generally peaceful. Overall, the apartments are comfortable and modern, but improvements in cleanliness and stricter policy enforcement would enhance the living experience.
Have not had any complaints since my move in. Everything thing has been super smooth from the time we’ve moved in. Would highly recommend to anymobdy looking for a new place to live.

Faster than I can find my TV remote. The atmosphere? Feels like a five-star resort, but with better neighbors. Now, let’s talk about Edrianna—the real MVP. She’s like a leasing fairy godmother, making the whole process smooth, stress-free, and dare I say… enjoyable? I’m convinced she has superpowers because she somehow answers my questions before I even ask them. Living here has been nothing short of amazing. If you’re thinking about moving in, stop thinking and apply. Just don’t take my parking spot or the last treadmill at the gym—we can’t be friends if that happens.
When I moved in, they worked around my schedule. They were super kind and informative when it came to any and all of my questions that I’ve had thus far.
I just moved in a week ago, so far the leasing team has been great, the apartment is beautiful. I love to amenities the community offers. My only qualms is the level of noise that can be heard from upstairs, but I think that's just apartment living.

Overall it is a pleasant experience. Like with any apartment complex there are certain annoyances. But not everybody in any community will be perfect tenants and neighbors. That being said it is mostly a quiet and pleasant community and the amenities are very nice.
I moved in December 13th and it has been a great experience here. The staff here are so wonderful and helpful. I cannot wait to see what the summer is like here. I feel at home here.
I don’t think you really want my review , the rest of them say it all , terrible complex , bad management, horrible neighbors. Bugs. Rats. Dog poop everywhere , That’s all I got to say to yall
Beautiful property with an amazing staff. The staff is so friendly and if I need anything or have a issue the response time is unbelievable! There is so much to do on property, I love it!
I love my apartment. I feel extremely safe here. Any maintenance issues are taken care of unbelievably quick. Only negative for me is not enough handicapped parking places for building 5. I would highly recommend!!
Love the area around us. Quick access to major hwys to quickly get to downtown Orlando. Only an hour from Tampa without the need to sit in traffic on I-4. The community is clean and quiet.
honestly i’ve seen some bad reviews about this complex but it’s actually pretty good here i LOVE it here, everyone is talking about the bugs here but people don’t realize that we stripped their home and it’s going to take a couple of months for them to keep out i live on the 4th floor so i don’t get any bugs or what not but yeah i love it here the staff is amazing plusss they have little events here and there so that’s a plus.
Overall we love living here. It’s a new community with hiccups here and there that they are working on. The staff is always great to work with, the maintenance team is always friendly and on top of things. The amenities are great, the view is lovely and there is a state park across the street!
Move in was very easy and everyone is very friendly! Apartment was clean and just a few maintenance things needed fixed but overall have been very impressed with the community so far!
Wonderful. Even though I didn't spend any time there, the place is a wonderful experience, everything is beautiful, when you need help with any arrangement or information it is resolved immediately. The place is cozy, I love living here!
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Jamie is fantastic. The maintenance team is always friendly and prompt. The community is always well kept and my very few concerns are always met with professionalism and understanding.
Good Very nice and my wife found it beautiful since she came to the complex until she enter the apartment she every part of it bath room has a nice comfortable space room are big and above all kitchen looks amazing thats my favorite part of the apartment but in my opinion it is very nice and comfortable apartment

It is something need to be done in the hallway because it is so nasty with dog poop everywhere and need to be cleaned up and not just using a blower to clean the breezeway
We love living here. More for the complex and the management. Everyone is so friendly and caring. We are gonna renew our lease. I don’t think we could find another complex like this one

Absolutely horrible I am moving and I do not recommend this place. Never fixed the issues from the flooding during the hurricane still have roaches and bugs coming in
Clean, quality service, less touristy feeling, great place to start living in Clermont, FL! Team is very knowledgeable and helpful with the needs of what you're looking into and are very detailed with the lease policies which helps new renters to know about. Really strong lease team!
Elevator seems to break down frequently and the front door has not worked in over a month, other than that really good with maintenemce and no othere issues management is friendlyu and so is staff
To live in an apartment with amazing views, as well as the beautiful nature of the place and the way the staff is very helpful to it all is what makes me want to stay again .

I love living here but there is a neighbor that puts loud songs all night and I can not sleep, that’s impacting my work and my wife’s live as well
Great community and staff. Units are beautiful and well maintained! Pool and game room are a big hit and always kept nicely. Gym is clean and well equipped.
So far the people I meet outside my apartment and building have been pretty nice. The complex is beautiful and the amenities are great. Property management has been great too, they are very responsive. Although, I have two kids and my downstairs neighbors aren’t too happy about the noise they make. I’m not too fond when they’re banging on my floors to get me to quiet the kids. Other than that I would have had a great experience here.
Overall price versus amenities really isn’t there. The location is right off the highway, you can’t walk anywhere. Pet friendly apartment complex but the “dog park” is very small with no shade. Since you can’t walk anywhere, it’s really only walking the dogs. around the hot parking lot. They don’t give you advanced notice when wanting to enter the apartment, which is odd to say the least.
I wanted to live in a community where the amenities were included in the monthly rate without having to spend an arm and a leg. I was able to receive everything that I wanted here at Integra Heights.
My first 3 months were awful but eventually the issues were resolved. They office really worked with me and dispute it taking a prolong time to fix the issue, it was eventually resolved.
I’ve tried several times to reach out to the office by email regard some issues in the complex and they never responded to the emails or address the issues with the residents.
