We love our team here. Neighbors need to be more considerate with noise as floors are not soundproof and caring for amenities. Pet owners need to clean up after their pets and be mindful. Beautiful property. Nice amenities.

Great place lots of space, love the nightly walks. Nice area not far from anything , some place are walking distance. Everyone here is friendly. Bailey was super helpful with any questions i had. He was nice and respectful.

We have renewed for a third time with Integra. The front office staff is great. Maintenance takes care of our requests with great care. We enjoy the community events and food trucks. Hello I been a resodent since 2021 and now till 2026, I have no complaints. The cleanness of the hall ways is a plus, no lousy neighbors just the normal from aparments.

So far my wife and I love living here. It’s the nicest place I’ve lived. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Not once have I ever had an issue with service, whether it’s from the leasing staff or maintenance. The gym is nice, and super clean. The garage I rent is awesome.

Hallways smell like marijuana, occasionally find broken beer bottles at the end of the stair case, the whole “security” latches are always propped open by other residents. Dog poop pretty much all over the front of a couple of the buildings. Would not stay here again.

I really like the location. Enjoy the technology of latch app. Elevator is very convenient to get groceries to apartment. The amenities are great. The appliances are mediocre.

Can’t complain. The complex is usually kept up with and service requests are handled in a timely manner. No where is perfect but it’s comfortable!

2 year resident here: A great place to live at an affordable price! Amenities are well kept, and the complex is secluded enough that you don’t have to worry about a ton of activity around you. But it’s still close enough to the business areas that you can go shopping or enjoy local attractions without too much hassle. Staff at the front office are great about responding to requests and super friendly. The only issue I’ve had recently is that a few of the neighbors can be very noisy at odd hours (and these neighbors don’t usually answer their doors when this happens), though it usually only takes a call to the police or a courtesy officer to make these neighbors aware of what’s going on. In all, I’d definitely recommend this place!

I have been searching for an apartment for over 6 months. I finally decided to visit Integra Crossings. I don’t know why I waited so long. The staff was great! Isabel, Ashley, and Cindy are top notch. The amenities are great, the complex is safe and clean! Most of all, the rent meets my budget and the sign up promotions allowed me to save for Christmas. Very secure complex! Love the technology, amenities, and interior of the apartments! The rooms are the perfect size and I love the floors as well!

I love this community and everything it has to offer. My favorite is the simulator. I love bringing my friends to play some fun games. The pool area is always spotless and great environment to bbq or just hang.

My experience here has been good so far. I love the Leasing office and How on top of things they are when it comes to any issues I may have. Ashley and Cindy are super awesome and very helpful when he comes to accommodating us in anyway.

We love living here overall, sometimes the noise can be a little loud but for the most part people are very considerate. I wish it was easier to get a hold of someone on site when after hours for maintenance and that the parking passes for temporary situations were better.

My experience obtaining & moving into an apartment at Integra Crossings has been a very positive one. My only complaint would be how difficult it is for AT&T mobile customers to set up the wireless internet that comes stock in all of the apartment units. I wish that tenants were able to choose their own internet provider as there are better prices and bundles available. Aside from that, I’ve been blown away by the service and property/surroundings. It used to be a fun community, not so much anymore. The construction is not the best you can even hear your neighbor talking thru the walls ( funny right ). The floors the worst every step you tell your under neighbor where you going lol. They don't maintain the community like they use to, they have a light pole its been down over a year that leaves us in the dark in the whole entrance of the community for 1/4 of a mile.

It is a good place to live with your family, it is quiet, pleasant, has nice areas to walk, beautiful view of the lake, Pleasant social areas, swimming pool, gym, its staff is very attentive. I recommend it.

Maybe the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. I have had never ending issues and I’m so glad my lease is up. People not picking up after their pets, gates not locking for the entirety of our lease (but that’s an amenity included for safety), rude staff, trash not being picked up on scheduled days, and the list goes on and on and on.
