Went on a tour of this complex, easily fell in love. It is on the pricier side, but it was very clean and the amenities really show for it. I love the screened in balcony and the option to have a garage rental. The representative who showed me around was overly nice and super helpful and informative and really made me feel at home.

Do not move here. This community is horrible. As a resident for 4 years they offered a renewal that was not in line with the market. When trying to contact the community manager and the renewal team, nobody replies to emails or phone calls. I put in my notice then they list my unit for cheaper than what my renewal was. You just get the run around with everyone here. The property is not kept up, trash is not picked up daily, the landscaping has dead plants and exposed pipes, the lights out around the property, the community manager is scared to talk with residents, the corporate office gives generic responses with no assistance. Also beware of all the hidden fees they charge. These add up on top of your rent and not charged at other properties near. The community really has gone downhill since the former property manager Alex left. This new team is a joke with no experience.

Carmen and Sophia have been amazing from start to finish. Apartments are nice and updated. Renewal process was easy. This will be my second year. Pros: maintenance team great Staff is fantastic and respond in timely manner. Updated apartments My packages have not been stolen. Amenities are great. Cons: parking. It seems like past 11pm there's not any parking spots left.

My roommates and I lived here for two years and only moved out to rent a house for more space and a quieter area. Integra Cove was the best experience I have ever had as a renter and I have almost no complaints. Anytime anything would go wrong, the staff was always so helpful and so efficient in getting things fixed for us. Maintenance always showed up day of or next business day, and if they weren’t able to it was always communicated to us when they would be able to help us. The complex was always kept clean and beautiful and felt very safe despite being in a heavy tourist area. If I were to every go back to an apartment in this area I would 100% return to Integra Cove. Only fond memories for us :)

Had to relocate from out of state for work and found this place on apartments.com. I originally moved here because of the fair price in the area, spacious apartments, great amenities, and being close to everything. But the best part has been the leasing consultants, maintenance, and property manager (Alex). They are incredibly helpful and professional, I fully trust the staff here to resolve any problem and give me the best rental experience. I had a difficult neighbor situation but Alex was so understanding, attentive, and determined to resolve it for everyone. Totally recommend this place!

They gave me a move in date and time the apartment was not ready. I had to sleep on the floor because my furniture could not be delivered. They did nothing to accommodate me for this issue. I also noticed the apartment was not cleaned at the time of move in we had roaches and dust on everything. I want to make everyone aware that this apartment complex charges you $5 a month for pest control, but we have only seen pest control once after complaining about insects. Management also decided to add common area fees and the common areas they are charging for look like crap and they don’t take care of them. They decided to go ip $350 on rent while the place is going downhill. This is the perfect place to live if you like the smell of dog pee and poop in your hallway. Management has given me multiple garages that other residents are occupying they also allowed me to rent an apartment occupied by another resident. I was told 2 weeks before move in that I could not move in. So imagine after all this no complaints and they still don’t return emails or phone calls about issues.

Pest control does come onsite every Monday, and we will not send them to any apartment unless requested by the resident. My experience in Integra cove has been the worst rental I have ever lived in. I feel like I am living in a nightmare and I can’t wait to leave. They took out the carpets to upgrade to wood floors and now you can hear every single sound coming from other units. I cannot sleep or relax in my home. I dread having to come home after work. I constantly feel as though I am in a movie theatre with the walls and ceiling shaking and I have people constantly running back and forth stomping all day and night long. I have reached out to the office for help and they have not done a thing about it. This is far from “luxury.”
Integra Cove is a great community to live in. The amenities are always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to fix and problems you have which is awesome. Overall great place to live :)

My husband and I we are very pleased with Integra Cove we have been living here for over two years already. The complex is very well kept and clean all the time. The office personnel is very helpful if one should need anything in particular concerning your apartment. Happy and pleased to be living here.

I like living in this complex that looks like a resort with all the amenities and overall it is quite quiet and quiet, the common areas are well taken care of and the apartments have luxury finishes, plus great geographic location and easy access to transit roads

Apartments are great, but dont feel safe with non functioning security gate, and having to park far away from my place due to lack of parking. Office has not been responsive to these concerns when addressed.
I just relocated from Jacksonville and really liked this place online. When I saw it in person I wanted to move in that day. The grounds are so clean cut. Alex in the front office from day one made the move soooooo easy! She is awesome. I have been outside early morning, afternoon and even 2 in the morning and no noise complaints. The unit was perfect when I moved in. Actually better than the pictures.I love that I am no more than a 10 minute drive from shopping, groceries, car repair and the theme parks. This place gets an A+ and definitely recommend you stay here!
My experience has been frustrating due to the lack of communication to residents during quarantine concerning updates about the community operations and feedback on reopening plans. The most frustrating part is the reopening plans were set for the convenience of the staff and office hours instead of paying residents.
Love living at Integra Cove. The Staff is amazing and the community is clean and well kept at all times. Carmen the leasing manager is amazing, she always makes you feel welcome. I would recommend this place, it totally feels like home.

Do not recommend Integra cove lack of security and customer service and cleanliness
It's absolutely terrible. We were so excited when we signed our lease! Beautiful apartment, good location, and everyone seemed so nice. We were shown an apartment with a lot of upgraded features, which sold us. We were told that our apartment would be near the pool, and we were worried about noise, but they told us that there was hurricane glass windows and we wouldn't hear anything. So here we are, stuck in a lease, and this place has just been one disappointment after another. There is nowhere to park, people on the curbs or cars just randomly sticking out when you try to drive through. The pool is NOISEY, after 10PM. The last few nights there have been people at the pool making noise, swimming and partying past 12AM! There is no number to call for late night issues, you have to call the police... which is ridiculous. We have had 2 packages stolen from our front door. Amazon driver told me that when he tried to drop a package off at the front office he was told by the office staff to go back and leave the package at our door, even though I had requested with Amazon to leave it at the front office! The hallways are dirty and gross, mostly because of the people that live here. Our AC broke when we first moved in, and it took 5 trips to get it "right". Then this past summer it broke again and it took them days to fix it, in the middle of Florida summer. Every day there is another reason to be upset here. I've never been so disappointed with an apartment in my life. This place is terrible. Trust me, go somewhere else. RUN!
For anybody looking for a apartment, this one is right on par for the price. Convenient location, great amenities and spacious, up to date floor plans with mostly high quality materials. The apartments are obviously lived in. Expect wear and tear from previous tenants. But overall a super comfortable, quiet, convenient, up to date, tenant friendly living experience.
I've only been here for a few weeks but so far this experience, apartment, amenities, and staff have exceeded my expectations. Amanda at the office is very sweet, helpful and quick to respond.

I have been living in Integra Cove for four years in a beautiful apartment and I love living in this place. The location is very convenient for me and the best rental price in the area, also has excellent amenities and a very friendly staff.
I used to recommend this place to many perspective residents...now I would not was my breath. The place is run-down, there are too many vehicles in the streets - place is frequented by loads of suitcase toting Chinese tourists ( I know because I speak Chinese), the pool is filled with large family parties during weekends. Overall appearance of the place appears run-down.
Nice apartment, convenient location. Poor parking availability during night hours.

My husband and I have been living at Integra Cove for 3 and a half years, and we are very happy with the administration and staff. It's a nice and quiet community, and we are close to restaurants and entertainment.
Apartment is perfect place to live, location, friendly staff, cleanliness etc.
Integra Cove is a beautiful & clean apartment community with a very friendly staff and management.
The management and maintenance team here is the best. The only request I would recommend on improving is the parking spaces. Some of the parking lines are very narrow, causing people to park closer to each other or simply taking two spaces for one car. Due to this I have received some marks on my car and there is also some people that park on the streets instead of the spaces for these reasons. More parking for this complex would make such a difference.
