Innovo living of Sunrise is my home This place after all the renovations on the parking lot the gate entrance, the green areas and more is the perfect place to live. Plus, the kind and respectful attention from Maria the manager, Jordan, and all the personnel. It is a good place for living.
I moved here over 3 years ago and it is a pleasure coming home here. The decor is beautifully done. The office takes every call seriously (even when I’m fussy ??). The maintenance team is outstanding the lady is no joke on the maintenance team, she helped me get a dead bird out my hood ?? bam 1,2,3 she got it!! My Shero and I made it to work on time. FYI The minute you call maintenance, you better be ready because they are coming! The new lights in the parking lot are beautiful and appreciated and I can’t wait to see the new gate. I feel safe here & I’m from New York! Today is 10/3/23 and I’m delighted to type this review because the new office Mgr. and Jordan are absolutely fantastic and did I say they let me fuss ?? and we all laugh at me;)… I love living here and I think you will as well… Thanks Jordan & my Innovo friends you rock!!!!!!! It's the total opposite of what's described on the website.. and definitely not worth the price your paying for not a quiet neighborhood, theft, drugs and police.
The apartments are in very bad conditions, specially on the top floors
I relocated from New York 3 years ago and I have lived in 3 apartment complexes. Innovo is my final stop until I become a homeowner. It has been 3 days short of a month since I have moved into Innovo, and I have never been happier. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very courteous. The pool is well maintained the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. There is an abundance of parking. I literally am thrilled to come home from work on a regular basis to enjoy the peaceful community. The property manager (Jessica) and the leasing agent (Ariana) work great together and are a delight to deal with. The apartments you see online is exactly what you get. Do not hesitate to lease here with Ariana, you will not be disappointed.
My fiance and I lived at Innovo in Sunrise for a year and we did not want to leave! The apartments are beautifully redone and a good size for the price. The office staff makes an effort to learn your name and quickly address any questions or issues you may have. Problems are always address quickly and properly. And the property is pretty as well. The only reason we moved is because I had been commuting to Miami when we were living there. I already miss it. You will not regret living here!!!
I’ve just recently moved in .. im super happy with the choice I made the community is very quiet , which I LOVE !!!! the units are to die for omg !!! Everything is new and working perfect !!!! Management team was SUPER and very helpful during my entire process , especially SUSAN !!!! She’s great!!! She made sure that I was satisfied and happy! Everything is perfect I LOVE IT!!!!
I just moved in! The units are completely renovated! I have new everything. It is super quiet and laid back, which is perfect for me and my 4 year old. I appreciate how well I was treated by staff when applying and throughout my whole moving process. They were very professional and always answered my call, which was my biggest issue with my last apartment. Haven't had maintenance issues yet, but i do have their 24 hour emergency service line number. Very happy with my decision to move in here and make this our new home.
I came in to take a tour of the property and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The community was beautiful and I’m very excited to start my new journey living here!
Despite my credit not being well they went out there way and tried there best to get me approved for a apartment the area was nice the apartment was great everyone treated me liked they really wanted me to move there it was great they were the only people that went out there way to help me while everyone else just kept denying me
I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. The management is very pleasant to work with. Any issues were resolved timely. It is very quiet and clean.
I have lived in Marsh Habour for 2 years and I love it! The staff is very nice and the complex is always clean, quiet and well taken care of. I plan on staying here as long as possible. I totally recommend my complex.
