Innovation Flats at Research Park

I've been here almost a year and for once, I'm not looking for a better apartment/home. I plan to stay at Innovation Flats until we leave alabama in a couple years. Rent is very fair and doable for Huntsville, it's a small complex, gated, and quiet. We have a nice sized pool and access to a workout room that I need to visit more often. Onsite laundry room as well...it's not fancy but I think what really makes me want to stay is management staff and maintence are friendly. The landscaping is maintained often and pest control visits every month. Did I mention the amazing folks in the office? I rarely have issues with parking and my neighbors in my building are very respectful and courteous!

This is my Third time living here---as a traveling healthcare professional, anytime I am in the Huntsville area, INNOVATION FLATS is where I return to!!! It is centrally located, clean, affordable, well maintained older complex with modern features & my experiences with the office & maintenance staff has been superb! It is definitely my home away from home!!!

I was skeptical of moving in here at first but, I can honestly say this complex is far above anything in around them. Management is caring and understanding while the maintenance team is always quick to respond and they do quality work when they are called out. You can see the progression of the place even from the outside with well kept landscaping. I would strongly recommend moving here while there’s still space available especially if you’re looking for a place with longevity in mind.

Like the headline, you get exactly what you pay for. Some nights are quiet, some you are woke up my cars playing loud music. Complex can be busy but tenants mind their business. Leasing office is ok. They seem like they are concerned but you can tell it's "just a job". It is an older complex (Warren House), so walls are thin. Be mindful of that if you like a good night's sleep. Maintenance is very prompt, courteous, & knowledgeable. Complex is being renovated, which I feel like is their hope to have more diverse tenants but the area of the complex is questionable. Conveniently located right off of University Dr. Best perk is the ability to sign a 6 month lease. GOOD LUCK!

The staff is just rude. The prices are very well suitable for what you get. Just be mindful that they do not care about your wellbeing living on their property. They only care about getting their rent money from you. Someone broken into my home an I was blamed for it. Was told to pay for the damages when I wasn’t home.

I've lived in Warren House for close to 2 years now and I can 100% recommend it. The neighborhood is quiet, the maintenance, headed by Jim, is top-notch; they are always pro-actively working on preventive maintenance and respond to any issue right away. Don't believe the prior review; they always give advance notice before entering, in the case of pest control, a week's written notice and a shout-out several minutes before pest control comes in. In the front, you have beautiful mountain views. The only down side is the speed bumps; they are so high you think tanks were rolling in and late last. summer, the pool was down because of algae. But these are minor complaints. The rent is very reasonable and overall quality of life great.

If you don't mind staff entering your apartment while you're not at home, go ahead. Also, if you ever expect to get your full deposit back, don't expect it-Thieving Management.

Not so bad as it was newly renovated, but management was a thief who is now in jail for stealing money (including mine).
