Property Ratings at Ingleside Terrace
The reason for my review is because my a/c unit went out June 7, 2024 & they never fixed the leasing office said that they had about 50 other people who’s a/c went out & that they didn’t have no one to fix it so my son & I went the whole summer with no a/c. I tried to talk to the leasing office but the lady kept over talking me not allowing me to speak.
The reason lady is very nice Granville townhomes on Rogers avenue is a great place to live and he's very quiet friendly I mean if you have an issues all you have to do is call the office a report a problem and she will get things done.do you work with her she'll work with you I mean bottom line is a great place to be I'm comfortable in all the time it's cozy it's nice I give you five stars
I love my new home. It's near my job and also close to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. The property manager was friendly and courteous and she answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm really happy I happened across these homes. Great place to live.
I moved into my unit in March. The leasing lady was very nice and helped me through my process. The unit was just right for me. I like the fact that it is quiet with easy access to get in and out. I like the new look and my place is very cozy.
