Property Ratings at Indigo West Palm Beach
It’s gone downhill since 3rd manager took over and the community isn’t kept up like it was during the first 2 managers’ employment. Devin is the best maintenance man (brought here by Atlantic Residential) from Chicago. He should be the maintenance manager. The current maintenance manager (Rafael) checked out when the 3rd apartment manager took over. Appears to be going rogue which many longtime residents have noticed. Unsafe to live here! Garage is a nightmare. Nobody in management cares! Very sad!

Indigo is such a great place to live!! The amenities feel like you're living in a hotel, everything is always clean and the management makes you feel right at home!! I would recommend if youre in West Palm looking for a place close to downtown without the huge price tag, but still have all the great amenities at the same time Indigo is the place!

Living here feels like I’m on a permanent vacation. From the moment you walk into the lobby you feel like you’re entering a resort. The amenities are always well kept, the building and ground are always pristine. Emilia and Alexandra at the leasing office are always very welcoming and helpful. If it were up to me I’d live here permanently. The location can’t be any better! Downtown is just minutes away and so is the airport. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Definitely my best experience in an apartment rental. I chose this place without even visiting in person! I was relocating from DC and did everything online and over the phone. Everything turned out to be even more amazing in person. This is definitely the best place to live in WPB hands down! Did I forget to mention the FREE & UNLIMITED Nespresso machine that has limitless options and flavors! And if that’s not enough…. They also have a beer AND wine tap for residents…. Don’t look elsewhere or you’ll be highly disappointed. Let’s goooo Indigooo! #resortliving

Great place to live and I enjoy the community. I don't get to use the amenities much, but I do appreciate them being available if the need arises. Our community is kept as clean as it can be, and the team is always readily available if you have a concern.

We've had a great experience overall at Indigo! Beautiful property, friendly staff, convenient location and some nice amenities/events for residents. The cleaning team keeps the common areas looking good and the maintenance crew has been very responsive to our requests.

The building is only about two years old and well kept. Management including Jennifer and Jesus are great and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Maintenance calls are responded to quickly as well. Building is concrete and walls in between units are pretty well insulated. I say its pretty quiet at least by my unit. Renewed for a second year w/o a problem.

We've had a great experience during our first month as residents at Indigo WPB! Everyone on the management team has been friendly, helpful and approachable.The move-in process was pretty smooth and easy. We love the apartment layout and finishes, the stylish lobby area, the unique community amenities, calendar of events, pet friendly environment for our little guy and the great location with easy access to interstate and downtown. Looking forward to fully enjoying our time here.

The excellent resident experience from Indigo’s front office and maintenance teams, from communication to execution, has been a night-and-day difference from my previous property. Working with them on the few expected small issues after move-in that needed fixing has been timely and painless. Rafael’s team is courteous and their work has been effective and spotless. The staff at Indigo is wonderful! The front office staff is always available to assist you and take care of you. The maintenance crew (Raphael, Hector, and William) is awesome and take great care of the property and tenants.
Very pleased and surprised. Brand new apartments with fitness center, pool, decks with outdoor drilling, trash valet, package apps for deliveries and spacious apartments. Great location to everything. The staff is very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 and the pool area is lovely.
