Indigo 301

I have lived here for 1 month, I could not be happier. The building is clean and the staff is approachable and extremely helpful. The surrounding area is great if you want city living in the suburbs.

Living at Indigo 301 has been a great experience overall. The apartments are modern, clean, and spacious with stylish interiors. The amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge areas are top-notch and always well maintained. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The location is perfect close to shops, restaurants, and highways. A few minor issues like package delivery delays happen sometimes, but overall it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

What a wonderful place to be a part of! From the sense of community to the amazing staff, everything has been top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall.

Community is good for living, it's safe and near to all supermarkets that brings extra ease in your life. Staff is also very supportive; they listen your concerns and try to take action on them asap.

The community team and maintenance technicians were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful to us as new residents. Their work was quick, efficient, and restored our apartment to like-new condition. I would highly recommend this team to all members of our community.

I have been living here for almost a year now, and I have zero complaints! It is clean, staff are nice & responsive, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly and with care.

Fantastic experience! I've been a renter here since 2023 - and will be until I have to leave the King Of Prussia area. Cannot beat the location.

All in all I’m happy. The location is awesome and amenities are all right. However, most of the grills in the courtyards are broken. Hopefully they’ll get fixed soon.

Units themselves are great and amenities are phenomenal, but management team has been inconsistent. Maintenance team is great, also. Price is average given the quality, but depends heavily on the unit and time you’re renting for.

So far it’s been a good living experience and community has been nice. The leasing office has been very helpful with answering questions. Maintenance has been very helpful and timely.

Just moved in but wonderful so far. Easy move in, great communication from the Indigo team. Apartment was clean and loading dock was great for the moving van.

The front office was very helpful and made the move-in process as easy as possible. The apartment looked like it was professionally cleaned beforehand which was really nice to see.

Facility is nice and amenities are great. Maintenance is quick to reply and handle situations. Garage door can be annoying to get in as clickers are flimsy. Would like for them to add garage and apartment unlock features to the app.

Need a boxing bag/speed bag for the gym. Better rodent protection. Better activities for residents and mobile shredder for spring cleaning. Make your own bouquet was a nice activity. Bring the Real Real back

It is lovely. I love how i feel in this apartment. Its nice and luxurious. Very hassle free moving and everything is automatic. Always wanted to move into an apartment like this

Indigo301 has been great thus far. Maintenance and front office are both responsive and communicative.

The proximity of the property to grocery and other needs is about as convenient as apartment living gets! There are other apartment properties within throwing distance to this one, and, while Indigo 301 is adequate and the staff is friendly and helpful, they are simply mediocre by comparison… Not horrible, not excellent. As a company, I’d like to challenge the ownership to show they wholeheartedly care about their own reach toward excellence and, in turn, provide solid and genuine value to the residents they aim to serve. I think pride in ownership goes a long way and translates well to a property's marketability. I just don’t see that quality here. All in all, I’ve liked living here, it’s just okay… and I’ve made some real friends out of neighbors.

The friendly customer service, quick maintenance repairs, and excellent amenities are some of the many reasons my family is enjoying our time at Indigo 301. Any issues we have encountered are handled rapidly and efficiently. We love having the ability to walk to Wegmans as well as several restaurants and stores. It is a great place to live in King of Prussia.

It was great. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly and I love the amenities. My dog loves the dog park especially because it’s very spacious, compared to my last apartments dog park.

Excellent place to live. All staff respond to any issues and are extremely friendly and courteous. Always have an open door policy which makes it easy to approach.

Nicely located apartment with having basic necessities like supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops nearby. Access to all of them is very easy and saves significant amount of time. Staff is very supportive and listen to your needs well. Gas connection and having a balcony is a very good additional amenities that we got, and which other apartments are not having.

You will deeply regret moving here. As other residents have stated, you will pay luxury prices for project living. I pay $75 for parking, but many people just tailgate in behind other cars. The garage access door leading to the apts are ALWAYS broken leaving you vulnerable to strangers. The carpets have mysterious dark stains that cannot be cleaned. As other residents have stated, there are mice. At first, I only saw them in the recycling/refuse rooms, but they then entered my apartment. I went out and bought glue traps and caught one. The mice dug up my plants as shown in the attached photos. I was paranoid and started moving stuff out of my closets to find the holes and management said that I made a hazard because I moved stuff out of the closet looking for points of entry for the mice. The sheer audacity!! The noise from the apt above my senior citizen, disabled mother's apt was so bad that I had to call the police multiple times. They charge you a fee to pay rent with your debit card. They charge you a fee to prepare your rent statement. In addition to your actual electric, sewer, water, they tack on more fees. Even though it is a crime, you will find shopping carts taken from various stores left in the hallway. Management sees it and ignores it. Do you really want to live here??

Been an amazing experience so far, the community and space is really comfortable with access to everything. The apartments are good in terms of sizing and space with all the modern equipment.

All the staff at 301 Indigo have been very helpful. Tenants are pleasant and say hello which gives living here a nicer experience. Great neighborhood with many restaurants and has a great vibe.

I’ve been living here for approx four years and I have no problems with the community. The office is very nice and kind and the ammenities are very clean to use. The only concern I have is sometimes the trolleys are too dirty (covered with fur) to use, the first floor carpet has a alot of dark marks that seems to be pet’s pee.

We love it here! Clean and great amenities. Unit is updated and modern. Especially love the balcony space. Prime location with shopping and food.

It’s in a nice area, you can walk out and are immediately in the town center. This is my favorite apartment floor plan yet, very spacious. Also love the community events that are posted every month.

I really love it so far. The amenities are awesome and maintenance has been very helpful with some early minor issues (shower head leak). First time living in an apartment so it has been an adjustment to having so many neighbors.

My wife and I have had a very good experience at Indigo 301. A real effort is made to keep the building clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very responsive to any problems.

Krysta and Sabrina offered me a great experience during all our interactions and provided guidance when deciding which unit would best meet my needs. Krysta made herself available for all my queries and provided much needed supported to me during my move in process. The community is nice and in a prime location. Everyone I encountered, residents included, has been friendly and welcoming, some residents even offered to help me move and had great things to say about the building. The amenities are attractive and the community seems safe and clean. Ramon and Matthew from the maintenance team are friendly and responded quickly to my request. They educated me on my service issue and went above and beyond addressing some other small things in my unit before they left. Im hopeful my experience continues to be a good one.

I have been living in Indigo since the beginning when it was just being built and love living here.

We have just moved into Indigo, and so far, we are in love with the place! All of the staff members are professional yet friendly and accommodating.

Everything has been fantastic so far. The people working the leasing office have been very friendly and helpful with everything that I’ve needed. Our neighbors are very nice and the building is great!
