Indian Ridge Apartments

Had to move out of Indian Ridge due to general life reasons, but I wasn't ready to go! I would absolutely live at Indian Ridge again. I'll miss the the central location near stores, my gym, restaurants and the Duck Creek Trail. The wide open green spaces and easily accessible apartments, combined with the balconies and ample storage made for a great experience.

I loved living here!! Would still be living there if I hadn’t had a change in work assignments. The apartments are kept clean and pest free. Common areas are kept up and in good repair. Very quiet for the amount of units present. Maintenance staff is always on duty and responds to issues professionally and promptly. Office staff is friendly and great at answering questions and helping with opportunities. If you are worried about apartment living there is no need to worry here. 5/5 would totally live here again. I was sad to go actually. I usually don’t take the time to do reviews but the owners and staff of Indian Ridge totally deserve it.

I moved to Iowa for grad school from out of state. Indian Ridge worked with me to quickly get me a place and get all the paperwork signed. My apartment was wonderful and maintenance always responded quickly. The management team was always very nice and helpful. This was my first apartment alone and it was great. The price is really good for the quality of the apartment and facilities at the complex. I would highly recommend this place for college students (they have a discount) and honestly anyone in general. There were a few issues with people smoking in the apartment building but that was quickly addressed and taken care of.

They made moving as far as I did quick and easy. The staff are just wonderful and very helpful with whatever you may need.

I have nothing but good things to say about this complex and it’s staff. I moved to Davenport from out of state and Keyshona was the first person I spoke to who showed me around the complex. I really liked the complex yet I did look at others. I felt that Indian ridge was a really good deal at a good price so I worked hard to get everything together and I went for it. Keyshona was always able to give me the information that I needed and gave me excellent customer service! Also only knowing a little about the city, Troy and Bryce were really friendly and was able to give some great recommendations for internet services. Our conversation was great! People here are really friendly and my place when I moved in was really nice and clean. If you are looking for a nice place and are moving here from out of state, I would highly recommend Baker apartment company in general and Indian ridge apartments.

It would of been a 5 star review if not for a couple issues. The “no smoking” policy is definitely not enforced. Several times we contacted the office and even sent in photos of people hanging out in front of the doors smoking and nothing was done. The fridge in our apartment went out, we lost hundreds of dollars in food, was told to send in a list and they would work with us for damages. That was the last I heard even after the list was sent and several calls made. The last was an air conditioner that went out. It took almost 2 weeks to get it fixed…. Was told to just leave it continuously running on fan to try to help keep the apartment “cool”. The electric bill doubled and we are stuck paying it because they couldn’t fix it.

For my first apartment and the first time out on my own I have to say that Indian Ridge was a positive experience for me. The staff are very helpful and with their regulations along with 24 hour on site maintenance I have peace of mind when I enter my apartment each night. Highly recommend for first time movers!

I loved living in this location. Extremely close to my workplace. Great place!!

I lived there for 6 years and the only reason I left was because I moved out of state. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. Maintenance does a very good job. Cleaning people do a very good job also. Secured building made it safe. No complaints from me. Will miss living there.

Excellent on everything! No smoking policy, peaceful surroundings, secured apartments, staff’s are friendly, they do their job unlike other apartments. Everything you need to an apartment are here!

Indian Ridge Apartments were quiet and reasonable priced for the area. Maintenance was quick when needed, and only entered the apartment if a notice was placed on the door well in advance. I lived there for just over 2 years and had little to no issues with other residents and the staff. Biggest complaint I had was that the property was a smoke free area, but my neighbors were always partaking in smoking Marijuana and nothing was done about it. I really have nothing bad to say about Indian Ridge Apartments and my stay there. The place did feel like a home.

My husband and I recently moved from out of state. The staff was AMAZING at getting us in quickly and always responded very fast. Location is nice because you can get anywhere quickly. Also, the apartment was spotless when we moved in. We tried to clean it and couldn't get any dirt or grime up off of the floors or surfaces because there was none!

I have loved living here for 2 years. Staff is friendly and helpful and grounds are well maintained. There is limited kitchen storage but plenty of storage in the rest of the apartment. Floor plan is well laid out and makes sense for the space. Overall a great place to live!

The staff was great, the apartments themselves were average. Even the supposedly updated apartment I had wasn’t anything special and was not worth the extra Monthly fee. They are without any mercy if you have life plans that suddenly change and you need to move so don’t expect any leeway on getting out of your lease without forking over an unreasonable mountain of cash.

I have lived here for about 6 months now in a garden level apartment. Pros: Relatively quiet, affordable, I always get parking right outside my building, outside doors now should have locks on them (as of 1/16/19), non-smoking (although it does smell like it in the halls once in a while), two washers and dryers for laundry (on 2nd and 3rd floor) available to me without actually going outside Cons: can always hear neighbor above me walking, lots of spiders (even after notifying the office and being sprayed multiple times, although it has been better in winter) and a few silverfish, I have a large bulge in my front walkway that maintenance said is the main drain for upstairs so they just repainted it and said they can't do anything about it (not nessesarily their fault but makes me worried that I'll come home to a soaked apartment one day) Overall, pleased with living here. No major concerns or issues, just smaller things I am picky about. Would live here again if I didn't have other plans after my lease is up.

DONT RENT HERE! Their business practices are shady and underhanded, and they don’t communicate everything that needs communicated. When you leave they will charge you whatever they want and they refuse to show any proof of damage that was supposedly left by you. Their list of charges they give you before you hand in your keys, the list that tells you what needs cleaned, is not complete, and they honestly will do what they want without any prewarning. We had flooding while there, in our studio apartment, and they basically forced us to live there sleeping on our couch while they “fixed it”. Their fix was only to replace that small section of carpet that was ruined and then seal the leak. Their speed bumps will likely hurt the suspension on your car, and if you want parking that you don’t have to pay for then make sure you don’t come home from work or leave your apartment at all after 7. Overall a horrible experience and I will be recommending anyone I know to stay away, because they don’t care about those who live there, they care about the money.

Maintenance is very nice and helpful. Did come into with a few problems when first moved in, sliding door lock didn't work and AC was broken. But we called and they fixed the door the same day, and they ordered us a new AC unit. Everyone was very friendly and explained why those things didn't work and fixed them as soon as possible. Also the Office staff always has a bright smile on their faces and are always very helpful.

I have been so impressed with Indian Ridge Apartments. Very professional staff who are eager to help. Upon moving in, my apartment was VERYclean. I am thrilled with the space. It is very quiet and well cared for. The appliances were clean and functional. If there was a grade higher than A I would give that to Indian Ridge.

Maintaince Staff quick to fix any problems, answer any questions, 30 minutes or less to fix any problems I've had. Halls and laundry room cleaned twice weekly, buildings are old school, built in 1978 very quiet can't hear your neighbors, when I moved in apartment was spotless, ice cold ac, staff is quick to solve any problems, easy package pickup, brand new pool, tennis courts, and exercise facility. The only negative for me is carpet though out, I have been here over a year and love the laid back quiet "Almost like living in a park" No place is perfect, but I would give it 4 Stars.

Our apt was not fully cleaned or functional. There was a wasp's nest out side our porch door, and the kitchen sink and shower both leaked. Maintainer took there sweet time fixing the problems and failed to fix the sink the first go around. They messed up our lease and couldn't get the price right at all. The employee's are incompetent to say the least. Very disappointing, do not recommend at all.

seems if you have pets you have to pay an out landish price just to bring them. then its pet rent in addition to your regular rent. thanks but no thanks

These is among the less expensive apartment complexes. It is a great location. Apartment living always has its downside, but I'd return if I ever needed an apartment again. The office staff was great. They were always very helpful. Service requests were taken care of within 24 hours. One 90+ degree night we got home late to find our AC was out. They came right away and got it up and running. Our apartment was on the corner of Kimberly and Jersey Ridge, so we had traffic noise, but even that wasn't terrible. Other buildings are more secluded and quieter. The apartments themselves are pretty basic, but we never felt neglected.

Perfect for college kids :) The environment seemed nice.
