Close to everything in Georgetown. The apartment I got is updated with new appliances and new flooring. Staff is great!
This was my very first time renting an apartment and these apartments were great! They are older but the only real issue we had was with our tub leaking. We did have an emergency with the water not turning off and called maintenance at almost midnight and they showed up to do a quick fix that night. We did move out but would for sure move back! They do require a 60 day move out notice too so when you're planning on moving out make sure you tell them 60 days before the lease is up.
This place sucks from the management to the maintenance.. trashy place I’m moving out and honestly can’t wait can’t get here fast enough!! No one knows what they are doing it’s sad!! Lesson learned!!!

We didn't end up going with these apartments after all simply because having a washer/dryer in the unit was important to us. The unit was nice & clean. We did have a great experience with the office staff, they were very helpful, polite & even showed us an apartment in the rain!
I have never had so many problems with an apartment complex all due to management issues. I have been harassed, threatened, and all due to their negligence. Their payment system is constantly on the fritz and they are constantly hiring/firing new people who aren't properly trained against their billing system which has caused rent problems all around the complex. I have also been subject to poor maintenance, not receiving proper care to my apartment and often waiting weeks/months to have something repaired. The walls are paper thin, you hear your neighbors 85% of the time. Treatment towards your issues are terrible whether or not you have upstanding credit against Indian Creek or you're a problem tenant. There are plenty more issues that cause me never to want to set foot on this property again let alone sign another lease.
This place is awful, if you decide to move there take pic before you move there because they will find someway to get your deposit. When we fist moved there the apartment was not painted and the bathrooms were dirty and they had mold. Then after a while you discover that they have roaches and you can hear your neighbors so clearly the walls allow a lot of noise and you can clearly hear conversations or when they argue. The staff is friendly but watch out for the manager. I would never go back
