While the location and amenities of this places may seem better than few communities in this area but definitely this is places not a 5 stared place to live. Especially because of the leasing mgrs at this property and delayed service response of any service request. There have been 2 fire incidents in2 yrs and thefts too

Only if I could give ZERO stars. Absolutely horrible experience. All these people are interested in getting the lease signed by saying all lies and then once that’s done nobody is bothered about the residents. We were shown a diff layout and given a diff apartment which was dirty, old with all the dirt of the previous residents still in the house. Had to deep clean the house ourselves. Even so every week we have different issue with A/C , equipment’s, dents on floor , holes in windows, bugs, fleas(I don’t even have pets ) etc etc. After 100s of email exchange with management all they are worried about is their review and nothing else. Extremely horrible experience! No wonder they have been getting dire incidents and lost two buildings in consecutive years because the entire management is least bothered about their residents.

How is a benefit for me cost me more money. When you move her be prepared to pay for valet trash services, pest control, package locker boxes, monthly statement fees, and the newest fee is to report to the credit bureau. I feel the reason they keep tacking on fees each year is because the tenants doesn’t say anything about it. How do you market this as a benefit for me but then charge me for it.Ridiculous! The only options I have is to pay the increase or move and possible pay an increase due to the time of year. This is a lose lose. If you’re looking at IMT Deerfield, proceed with caution.

Very good facilities, very safe, excellent staff (Kellsie) always listen to you, very attentive and try to solve the problem as soon as possible, good housing option.

IMT Deerfield is a beautiful place to live I feel safe in this gated community, the grounds are beautiful and clean the maintenance staff is great about keeping the breezeway clean and the landscape flowers always look nice and fresh. The community Manager cares and makes sure my work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. Renee is very approachable and friendly she genuinely cares about the tenants and how the community looks so does the staff they are all friendly. Thank you IMT Deerfield for my lovely place. I’ve been a resident for almost two years and love everything about it.

****PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION****** DO NOT MOVE HERE, IMT DEERFIELD APARTMENT COMPLEX There are plenty of good apartments near by, originally gave this place a 5 star because the maintenance guys helped me when they lived there. I had the worst experience leaving here. I changed jobs and had to move. We came to an agreement when I left that I would pay until they filled my apartment with another person. They never notified me that the room was rented two weeks after i left and they got a pro rated rent from the new residents. They got my rent and another persons rent, which is highly illegal. Sent me to collections and found out through credit karma. They never gave me any notice that I owed money. We had an agreement and they check me out of my apartment and then sent me to collections without any notice. I don't write reviews often, but i felt like this was necessary and i hope i can help other people not get in a similar position that i was in. Trust me, this area is filled with other places that aren't IMT that are better priced and location. There office staff was a nightmare to deal with and they are not ethical people.

Don't even waste your time renting from this place. I had sent in an application to rent from them 3 weeks before I needed to move in. The first unit I had signed up for had to be gassed for roaches and was posted as available for move in which was a lie. The next unit they told me that would be ready had water damage which they thought was only on the outside but was also on the inside. The third unit they said would for sure be ready without a doubt and just needed to be cleaned. They even told me to contact the electric company to have power set up at this unit and change my renters insurance address. Then told me 3 days before I was supposed to move in and my previous lease ended at my old place that this apartment actually wouldn't be available after they just told me for sure it would be. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional business. They had 3 weeks to have just one unit available for me for my move in date and failed to do so. This place is flooded with maintenance issues and their communication between employees is zero to none. One will tell you one thing and the other will tell you the exact opposite a day later.

Let's start with the breezeways... so dirty and stained from the "valet" trash company we pay $20 a month for. Whatever leaks in a bag.. leaks the entire breezeway and stairs. Awesome for your guest to view as they come visit. Lights out, lights hanging. Yes we have a dog park with a swamp.. I don't take my dog in there due to the fact of dog poop every where and it's always wet.. who knows what your dog is stepping in. Trash on the grounds constantly, mailbox areas full of trash, so it just blows all over the place on the weekends when no one is here. Standing water for days in the back of the buildings when it rains, so obviously the drains are clogged. Work orders take forever to complete, and when they are finally addressed, there is some excuse to why it took so long. Maybe hire more people to run such a demanding property. Since the new management has taken over, the complex has completely changed for the worse. Please do yourself a favor and don't move here. High prices for rent, but the staff can't keep up with the type of residents that can afford it. I can't wait for our lease to be over. 5 months and counting!

I've lived at what is now IMT Deerfield for quite a long time, and I have to say things have really gone downhill. If you have a maintenance issue, expect it to take days or even weeks to get looked at. When someone finally arrives, they'll often dismiss it as you doing something wrong or not understanding how it's supposed to work. If you have a really big issue, make sure you don't clean it up before they get there, or you run the risk of being told it wasn't actually broken and having to call them back and wait again. I once called in to the leasing office about an issue, and the woman on the phone literally said "what do you want us to do about it?" I was dumbfounded! The last couple of months, especially, I've noticed the grounds haven't been very well taken care of - leaves in huge piles for days, trash (or worse dog doo) on the sidewalk that never gets cleaned up, etc. That being said, not everything is terrible. For starters the location is amazing. It's generally a very quiet neighborhood. Also, there are a few stars in both the leasing office and on the maintenance team that really keep the place running. If you interact with them you'll probably have no problem, but unfortunately you can't guarantee who you deal with. Long story short, I think this place could be a real gem (and it used to be!) if management took a hard look at fixing their customer service.

Wow...I love this apartment and Ryan did such a great job explaining everything and helping us get moved in! It was easy and well explained from start to finish. His calm demeanor really made a difference to my husband and I and I will recommend him and IMT Deerfield highly!

I moved in early August. The move in was easy, smooth transition all with the help of Ryan. He answered all questions and concerns shared information when necessary. I had a lot of things going on at the beginning of August, daughters starting school, moving, job change and etc. Moving into IMT was the easiest task. I appreciate you! Go RYAN!!! Thank you! They don’t clean their common areas, unfortunately my close friends and relatives live here, they are very disappointed that they have since they can’t afford to break their lease and move now. Don’t move here if you don’t want to be in the same situation. Many attempts have been made to deal with management, sadly they don’t care for their tenants as much as they should.

I was going to move here a few months ago....currently my son lives here and after seeing and experiencing what he's going through, I don't recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear, it's been months that he's been fighting to get rid of the cockroaches and nothing so far. I can't believe that the management here is so ignorant about the living conditions of their guests and I'm so happy I decided to stay with Juncture (the new complex across the street) instead of this place. Been here for over half of my lease. Cockroaches galore. Waking up almost every night now because they get in our bed. Had some kind of rashes from bug bites for about 6 weeks. This is the last straw. This is turning into a health issue and if it doesn't get resolved there will be consequences. Have had so many requests at the office. Yet no results. In addition the place is filthy, the trash doesn't get taken out on time so critters often tear the tenants' trash apart. Since the day I moved here I don't think I've seen a clean stairwell.

I have lived here at IMT Deerfield for a little over 6 years and I am very pleased with the recent renovations and customer service. Vic, the Maintenance Supervisor is hands on and he makes sure maintenance requests are completed and done right the first time. He's a busy man for sure but he always finds the time to uplift others and bring a smile to your face! Great neighborhood!

My family and I just moved here a couple months ago and unlike our previous apartment community, the IMT Deerfield staff cares about their residents. I really enjoy the family-friendly events they put together and pop-up treats for when the kids get off the school bus. We haven't had any major maintenance requests but when they do come out to service, they are very professional. Victor, the Sr. Maintenance Supervisor is full of positive energy and always has a smile on his face. So far, I am very pleased and look forward to raising my family here.

IMT Deerfield is certainly a place to be called home. Not only are the neighbors friendly but the staff treats you like family as well. The Maintenece Supervisor, Vic, is amazing. He makes sure that maintenance issues are handled in a professional manner and gets them resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this apartment community.

Apartments are premium & big. I stayed here for 13 months. I Moved out due to change in my Job location. Management & staff are very friendly, I would Mention Nazila(Community Manager) name, who handled my Move-In & MoveOut formalities very friendly & politely.

I have lived here for 4 years and I have been very very happy. It is a peaceful community where there is never any drama. The ladies at the front office, Melanie and Claudia are the best of the best. Claudia made it very easy for me to take a life changing step and move here. The maintenance crew are wonderful and so courteous. I've only had one challenge here and they worked with me until it was resolved. When the new crew from IMT took over it was obvious they cared because you see the manager, Sarah around and about the community all the time. She is actively involved . I don't even know who the old manager was because I never saw her. The ONLY downside to IMT Deerfield ( and I certainly hope this will be remedied soon) is that the apartments are old with old appliances. I LOVE to cook and the counters, the dishwasher, the stove and fridge are just awful! Considering all the new places opening up around here, I hope they update the apartments soon so I will have no excuse to leave yet!

The very first thing you'll notice is the cleanliness and fresh air. Management has recently been changed but most of the staff members you deal with are the same. Staff is really cooperative, understanding, always ready to help. Nazila, Malinee are awesome. Service requests are timely served. One of the good thing I like about (and may be available at other apartments as well) is that if you have an urgent maintenance issue over the weekend, some one from maintenance staff will surely call to resolve it for you. Trash pickup from home is a time saver.

I don't know where to start. I mean coming onto the property, the view is amazing. The landscaping is very well kept and the community is spotless. The maintenance definitely stay on top of getting jobs done in a timely fashion and are very friendly. They have a gigantic gym, plenty of pools and smoke grills, and even free classes! The leasing staff are friendly as well. Though they always seem busy they never seem to mind helping a few people at one time.Great choice in community.

Do NOT recommend IMT Deerfield. You will be deceived when you visit the complex. Behind the façade is a horribly run, unsafe and trashed apartment complex. Rip off hidden fees on your monthly bill. Not to mention you will NEVER have a prompt response to any maintenance issues. You have to call an automated system and your issue will never, ever be resolved. The management is a joke. Its horrible. They will charge you every chance they get and again, you will never speak to anyone in the office live or on the phone. The carpets are old, it smells horrible. The pools are disgusting. It is unsanitary water in all three pools are cloudy with hairballs and dirt caked on the floor. Gym smells awful, and the filter on the water has been on “red” for 6 months. Roaches in gym shower. Look closely, you will see rusty nails, shattered glass and other trash littering the grounds. They will also not tell you they are having roofs replaced, so you will have drilling and hammering for weeks. Workers just throw trash, glass and nails on walkway. Then they will come back around and paint, fumes are horrible. It is in your best interest to AVOID this place at all costs. There are too many apartment complex options out there. At first you will get the lowest quote but when rent is due it is WAY more expensive.

The management just changed and they look very committed and ready to help us enjoy staying here.

I moved in the Preserve July 2014. I picked this place because of the large bedrooms and bathrooms. The community is very clean and well maintained. The only negative I have is the maintenance staff is slow at responding to requests. The office staff is good and always calls back. The location right near GA 400 and Alpharetta has the best eating spots!

These apartments are clean and protected at the gate. We also have alarm in the houses. The environmental appearance is very good. Nice place looking at the schools around.

The apartment is great. The bedroom, living and kitchen are really big and it is perfect for roommates. All the common areas are very well maintained and the maintenance staff works as you would expect. All the repairs were done on time when required. The pools are just the perfect size for having a blast on summer and the grill area available if great too. It is well located with coffee shops, supermarkets and pharmacy pretty close.

I've lived here since July 2013. The leasing staff is very friendly. The fitness center is the best I've experienced for an apartment complex. The maintenance staff is very prompt. The grounds are well kept for the most part (except for this huge tree near my balcony which I submitted a maintenance request about). I feel that the complex is fairly safe. There are always people of all ages walking around in the evening/early night time hours. They don’t increase the rent to ridiculous amounts at renewal: the first was about 5% and this year was about 8% which is better than my last apartment complex. There are a few things that need to be improved. Every year they have a company that supposedly come out and clean the breezeways. Unfortunately, my building has been skipped both years. I informed the leasing office and they have the maintenance staff do it but it’s not that cleaned after they do it. The breezeways in my building are very dirty in my opinion but they don't seem to care about that which is very disappointing. The apartments are nice and spacious for the money but they need to be updated with new appliances and fixtures. There is the occasional weird insect (i.e. silverfish) but after a request for the pest control is submitted they disappear for a month or so. I think they have an infestation but that’s just my opinion. There are also a lot of frogs and flying insects near my apartment which is very irritating. I think that’s because it’s near the Preserve area so if you move here you might not want to move near the Preserve. No matter how good they make it sound.

I just recently moved to Georgia from out of state and was unable to come down and look at apartments before moving. When I moved in the apartment was clean and the ladies in the front office were so sweet and helpful! The one time I needed maintenance they came quickly and fixed what I asked for. I have had no issues the past 6 weeks I've been here. There are 3 pools in the complex and the fitness center is great for an apartment complex! No complaints here

Its not a good place when it comes to charges they apply after you move in. Since notice is 2 months so u can't move also easily else pay for 2 months. They charge huge amount for trashing your garbage which you have to take service for sure. Then they won't allow to have 2 trash bags at any give day and you end up thronging your self and pay also :). It's fun as you see you budget go up left and right. Not even good secured place due to thefts in the communities. Money wise they will make you naked. And what ever left on the body, Will remove when you leave them. :) You should have min $1000 in hand for all charges they put during final inspection. So good luck if you have decided to take it up.
