Shout out to the front office, Betsy and Maria for always keeping up with the property and our requests. They make sure the community is always kept clean. Office open all week, Monday-Sunday! I’ve been living here for a few years now and I am very happy. Thank you for all that you do!

El lugar está impecablemente cuidado, con jardines/plantas bien mantenidos, áreas comunes limpias y una atmósfera tranquila que realmente se siente como un hogar. El personal de administración es amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cualquier solicitud de mantenimiento se resuelve rápidamente, lo cual es un gran alivio. Gracias a la manejadora Betsy, Maria, y Roni! Me encanta la ubicación: cerca de todo lo que necesito y de mi trabajo. Sin duda, recomendaría esta propiedad. Very happy that we chose this community to call home. It is comforting to see how well the management team works together to get things done. Betsi, Maria, and Rony efficiently work together to get issues fixed quickly. Every time we need something fixed/repaired they get to it right away. The office always answers our calls or emails accordingly. Rony does a great job. Thank you.

I’ve been living in this apartment for 5 years now. Location is accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants, that makes it very convenient for all residents. It’s a gated community, so it’s safe and quite. The grounds, pools, laundry area are also always well kept clean by our maintenance. But among all these, it’s Betsy, the Manager, makes the place exceptional. She’s very approachable and always responds so quickly, thus maintenance and other minor issues are addressed on time. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, and well-maintained community.

My boyfriend and I both toured this beautiful apartment complex on the weekend. We really loved the environment. This place is kept very clean, with maintenance guy on site. The customer service from the tour we received from Maria, was amazing. Definitely a 5 star.

My wife and I have been living in these apartment complex for almost a year now and since the very beginning management has been more than welcoming and friendly to us. The manager Betsy always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs and always makes herself available. Her assistant Maria is one of the most friendlies people you will ever meet, super helpful in giving us the detailed information when we first enquired about the place. The grounds keeper Ronny is always on the go, keeping this place nice and tidy. When repairs needed to be done they were quick in reaching out and getting repairs in a timely manner. My wife and I love this place, we've had no complaints and are happy to live here.

Even though I already left a review on Google, I wanted to spread my great experience with them on other platforms, too! :D So, the apartment complex is really nice! It's clear they take good care of the place, and the location is super convenient, and the office is open on weekends, too! But honestly, what really made the whole experience stand out was Maria. As a student, I was a little nervous about the application process, but Maria was super helpful, polite, and professional, but still so easy to talk to. After chatting with her, I was totally convinced I had to apply for this place. So, a BIG THANK YOU to Maria for being so helpful! x3 Overall, I had an amazing experience here, so definitely five stars!

Imperial Palms Apartments in Norwalk, located on Imperial Hwy, has become an even better place to live thanks to our amazing manager. The new BBQ area is beautiful, and we owe a big thank you to our manager for all these fantastic upgrades. The location is perfect, with a shopping center right in front of the building and a cinema within walking distance. Additionally, the sheriff's department is nearby, providing a sense of security. Since Betsy became the manager, the building has been much cleaner, and new windows are being installed. It's very peaceful here, making it a wonderful place to call home.

Ever since Betsy and Pepe took over things have gotten even better about living here. There are new windows in the apartments, new small playground great if you have a toddler or small child, and Pepe is quick to make any repairs your apartment might need. The site is also pretty clean. Very happy living here.

The apartment manager Betsi has been so attentive, and very helpful. Maintenance worker Pepe is a really great worker. The community is very friendly. A wonderful place to live among many food places, shopping center, Target, 99 cents, very clean community. Spring is already beginning to feel here in our home, we have many beautiful flowers.

Vivimos acá por mas de dos años y es un lugar muy grato para vivir la manager (Stephanie ) está siempre al pendiente de que todo marche bien con nuestro departamento al igual que el encargado de mantenimiento (Pepe) ; el lugar tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de comercios , hospitales y escuelas ….100% recomendado

LOUD neighbors. Neighbors like to have near daily pool parties with music blasting. No respect for peace and quiet. Neighbors are always yelling and fighting and children screaming. Pool is utilized well after hours. No management over sight.

The Imperial Palms apartments are located in a great area of Norwalk. Just a few minutes away from the theatres, City Hall, Target and great eats nearby. Aside from the location, the property and apartments are well kept. The property manager, Stephenie, is always available to answer any questions I may have and promptly takes care of any issues that arise.

I was skeptical at first but the manager was polite and friendly made sure all my questions were answered. Although this place is near a large street the apts buildings are quiet and maintained cleaned.

Imperial Palms apartments are a great place to live in. The community is very peaceful and the neighbors are all very nice. The whole office and maintenance team go above and beyond to get your needs met.

I lived here at Imperial Palms for a couple of years and really enjoyed my stay. The whole team was always ready to help out with anything that we needed. It is also close to a lot shopping, so it was very convenient.

I have lived here for almost a year now with my partner and have had no problems. The location is well kept and being a gated community gives me more security. This location is pet friendly which is hard to find anymore. I have a cat and my partner a little, there are a number of people with pets but they are well trained and I have had no barking issues. Pepe is always there to help when needed, and Stephanie is ready to assist youwith whatever issues arise. I would recommend this place to anyone, the units go quick. So if you’re looking for a nice little pet friendly gated community call soon.

I've lived here for about 4 years having a o have left only for a bit due to helping family. I love this little gated community, and have had no issues here what so ever. The people are friendly and respectful. Never had to issue complaints with noise or anything. The grounds keeper Pepe is always helpful and tends to the place well. The management are respectful and attentive. Stephanie is always there to help and listen if issues arise. I love that it is gated so my car is secure. I live right next to many stores and a theatre, all walking distance which is nice. I have to drive a ways to work but a major freeway entrance is close so I don't have to go out of my way to get going in the morning. I've recommended this location to a few friends. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a safe secure locatiin with a good tiny community.

Muy contenta de vivir aquí es un lugar muy agradable me siento muy segura todas mis nesecidades son atendidas cuando requiero algo la manager Stephenie es muy atenta y amigable el Señor Pepe es muy solícito... lo recomiendo para vivir todo serca muy feliz de haber encontrado este bonito lugar.

Visited these apartments cause I was looking for a studio. They are probably the only apartments in the area with studios. It is a lovely community and the manager Stephanie was very helpful and nice. They did not have any availability but I will continue to check back because I really liked this community

When I first moved in to imperial palms the location was what convinced me immediately. My move in process was great. Stephanie has been a great manager. Very attentive and friendly. I love that it is a pet friendly community. My cat loves it here as well.

Just recently moved here a couple months ago and loving it here! It’s so beautiful and peaceful here the manager Stephanie is so nice and professional!

I love living here. The community is very quiet, friendly, and always clean. The manager Stephanie and maintenance guy Pepe are awesome. They're always willing to go the extra mile to help us out. I hope to stay here for a long time.

The neighborhood is nice because of the shopping center across the street. However, the traffic is terrible. The units are decent, nothing that stands out. In the summer the units get incredibly hot even with the AC on. The manager on site is not too friendly. Getting a hold of her can be a little bit of a struggle because she does not seem to be in her office during business hours. It almost makes it dreadful to reach out to her. The maintance techinician on the other hand is very friendly and helpful. He always does a well done job.

The apartment manager Stephenie has been so attentive, and very helpful. Mainteince worker Pepe is a really great worker. The community is very friendly. A wonderful place to live among many food places, shopping center, Target, 99 cents, Walmart. What more could you ask for?
