The Leasing Office is very negligent, they let people park in handicapped spots. Dog waste is all over. People have abandoned vehicles in the parking lot

We are sorry to here about your poor experience here at Icon at Ferguson Farm. Please reach out to the management staff so we can address your specific issues related to the office. The maintenance team ensures that the dog waste stations throughout the community are stocked, and walks the community daily to pick up trash and pet waste. We will pay extra attention going forward to ensure that the community is as clean as possible. We enforce parking rules in the community per the lease, but If you ever notice any specific vehicles that we may have missed, please let us know.
I moved in a month ago and it has been nothing but a relaxing place to be. There is no noise no theft,Everyone is super nice this includes the leasing stuff they have been super helpful, nice and understanding since day one. My husband and I are supper happy and content. Icon Ferguson farm is the best place to live. I highly recommend it.??????

Great apartments definitely, we love management team is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and any concerns are always addressed professionally, I would recommend start limiting parking spaces since its getting a little crowded, but other than that, everything is perfect.

Overall, living at icon has been a great experience so far. However, I am hesitant to leave a 5 star review for a few reasons. The main one is rent payments. Only being able to do split payments before rent is posted is kind of inconvenient and can cause some financial issues, but it’s not that big of a deal. Secondly, having somewhat recently moved in, the application process is still fresh in my mind, and it was way more inefficient than it needed to be. Other than that, the experience has generally been pleasant.

Living at The Icon in Bozeman has been a very positive experience. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with nice features like good heating, and updated appliances. The amenities are definitely a highlight there’s a great gym, pool, hot tub, clubhouse, golf simulator, and even a dog spa. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and trails. Staff and maintenance are usually quick to help and friendly.Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re looking for luxury and can handle the higher cost.

We spent a long time touring by apartments and when we saw this one it looked fantastic. Leasing took a little to process, and the portal system they use is VERY slow to the point where it’s a little frustrating. But the staff so far have been friendly, and we’re excited to use the amenities. The apartment is super cute and it suits us so well. As long as they properly upkeep all the community spaces, then I doubt we’ll have any issues or complaints here.

I love living here, the "landlord" vibe isn't present, and all the staff are lovely and helpful. The only downside is that the pool can become quite busy in the summer, depending on the day, but that's both fun and annoying. Some people take it too far, but for the most part, it's still a lovely community here, and I've never had an issue with another resident personally

This is my 3rd lease with ICON, which says a lot about the property and the staff. You get taken care of and if there are issues with the apartment, maintenance is there to help quickly. It's a great place to live. The amenities are plentiful. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment is awesome, and having Town and Country Foods across the street can't be topped. Simple as that!

I’ve been here a year and totally love it. It’s in a safe, chill part of town, which is awesome. The gym’s legit with all the equipment I need, and the pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The clubhouse is great for hosting friends, and the basketball court’s always in good shape. It’s a newer place, so everything feels modern and clean. Love, love, love! We love the amenities Icon Apartments have. We can’t wait to use the swimming pool this summer! The staff has been great to work with. The apartment is up to date and was clean upon move in. The application process was easy.

It is very hard to get in touch with staff. When we moved in our apartment was not ready to be rented and we were basically told "that sucks". The lack of communication and willingness to make things right is unacceptable. Overall, not the best years spent here.

I like all the amenities and the friendly atmosphere. There are a lot of dogs here but that is ok because I have 2 of my own that love to play. Can’t wait to use the dog spa.

Application process was smooth. Clean facilities, nearby groceries and stores. Parking can be really rough at times, some spaces blocked with ice.

Everyone at the front desk is so kind and helpful. The move in experience was great and hassle free. The apartments are super nice and well played out. The amenities are high quality there are only a few things missing in the gym.

Amenity hours can be a little annoying As everything is off by 10, including the gym. the commute to the third floor with packages or groceries is inconvenient. The snow plowing is a little delayed, but overall clean space and friendly people.
