Exceeded my expectations. These apartments have a decent amount of space, fairly quiet and well maintained. Office staff and maintenance are always nice and efficient.
I love the environment “it feels like home”..! I remember the first week we moved here. Within three days my daughter already has new friends. Everyone is so friendly. The apartment itself is spacious. My daughter love her bedroom. The environment is clean and well maintained. I love the flowers in front of our bedroom. Everything is nice..!Kept it up guys..!
We have loved all the amenities Icon has to offer our family. Our kids love the swimming pool and playground. Our neighbors have all been super friendly.

Icon at Ferguson has been super pleasant from the time I first visited through move-in. Of all the places I toured, they were responsive to questions, professional, and their facilities are amazing. They were quick to fix a light that was broke upon move in. The grounds are clean and the amenities amazing. Although I am just moving in, my experience so far has been very positive.
A true oasis within Bozeman. Great and friendly staff. The community is clean and perfectly maintained. The people here are extremely friendly. And the club house is always an amazing place to hang out. Perfectly located next to the gym and grocery store as well as fun places to eat and hang out.

The Leasing Office is very negligent, they let people park in handicapped spots. Dog waste is all over. People have abandoned vehicles in the parking lot

We are sorry to here about your poor experience here at Icon at Ferguson Farm. Please reach out to the management staff so we can address your specific issues related to the office. The maintenance team ensures that the dog waste stations throughout the community are stocked, and walks the community daily to pick up trash and pet waste. We will pay extra attention going forward to ensure that the community is as clean as possible. We enforce parking rules in the community per the lease, but If you ever notice any specific vehicles that we may have missed, please let us know.
I moved in a month ago and it has been nothing but a relaxing place to be. There is no noise no theft,Everyone is super nice this includes the leasing stuff they have been super helpful, nice and understanding since day one. My husband and I are supper happy and content. Icon Ferguson farm is the best place to live. I highly recommend it.??????

Great apartments definitely, we love management team is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and any concerns are always addressed professionally, I would recommend start limiting parking spaces since its getting a little crowded, but other than that, everything is perfect.

Overall, living at icon has been a great experience so far. However, I am hesitant to leave a 5 star review for a few reasons. The main one is rent payments. Only being able to do split payments before rent is posted is kind of inconvenient and can cause some financial issues, but it’s not that big of a deal. Secondly, having somewhat recently moved in, the application process is still fresh in my mind, and it was way more inefficient than it needed to be. Other than that, the experience has generally been pleasant.

Living at The Icon in Bozeman has been a very positive experience. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with nice features like good heating, and updated appliances. The amenities are definitely a highlight there’s a great gym, pool, hot tub, clubhouse, golf simulator, and even a dog spa. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and trails. Staff and maintenance are usually quick to help and friendly.Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re looking for luxury and can handle the higher cost.

We spent a long time touring by apartments and when we saw this one it looked fantastic. Leasing took a little to process, and the portal system they use is VERY slow to the point where it’s a little frustrating. But the staff so far have been friendly, and we’re excited to use the amenities. The apartment is super cute and it suits us so well. As long as they properly upkeep all the community spaces, then I doubt we’ll have any issues or complaints here.

I love living here, the "landlord" vibe isn't present, and all the staff are lovely and helpful. The only downside is that the pool can become quite busy in the summer, depending on the day, but that's both fun and annoying. Some people take it too far, but for the most part, it's still a lovely community here, and I've never had an issue with another resident personally

This is my 3rd lease with ICON, which says a lot about the property and the staff. You get taken care of and if there are issues with the apartment, maintenance is there to help quickly. It's a great place to live. The amenities are plentiful. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment is awesome, and having Town and Country Foods across the street can't be topped. Simple as that!

Some of the cabinets and the dishwasher are crooked and the walls are really thin but so far it’s good! One of the cabinet doors wasn’t even screwed in all the way so it falls off when you open it.

I’ve been here a year and totally love it. It’s in a safe, chill part of town, which is awesome. The gym’s legit with all the equipment I need, and the pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The clubhouse is great for hosting friends, and the basketball court’s always in good shape. It’s a newer place, so everything feels modern and clean. My apartment’s been solid, no issues, and management’s always quick to help. Parking’s super easy, and the rent’s fair for all the perks and the location. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy, reliable spot.

My girlfriend and I moved in recently and it has been wonderful. All the amenities are amazing and there is even an app where you can schedule maintenance on your apartment. Highly recommend these apartments.
