I am coming up on living here 4 months now, and I am so very pleased with everything. I have watched the seasons change from a beautiful summer Sept to stunning autumn color leaves in Oct and Nov. When the last of the leaves fell, the landscaping crew got busy and manicured the lawns for the winter. The main "gathering" clubhouse has a beautiful fireplace, setting the mood for coziness with hot drinks to be had and enjoyed throughout the day and evenings. It is so eloquently decorated for the holidays, a perfect touch! Come and see this may be the perfect place you are looking for too.
They were super nice giving us a tour, The apartment is super spacious for our family definitely recommend moving in. They have so much to do you won’t get bored, so much fun activities to do.
The location is great. We are near at the grocery store, schools, restaurants and etc. The facilities are look’s new. We have a great neighborhood.
Leasing Office continues to be negligent with everything. Letting people leave vehicles in handicapped spots. They say people cant have grills but people openly have grills sitting out. Dog waste bins are full or have no bags. People using hot tub at 3 am. Smoking on patios. So yeah Leasing Office just doesnt care about the community.

I enjoy living here at the Icon. My faves are the hot tub and the puppy friends we have made. If any issues with the unit, everything is addressed immediately.
I’ve had a great experience leasing and moving in at this apartment complex. The leasing staff has been fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and always easy to work with. My apartment was spotless and well-maintained when I moved in, which made settling in really smooth. The community itself is quiet, welcoming, and has a really comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend it to others!
Great facility! Lots of Storage, clean apartments and incredible amenities in the club house. The residents seem to all be very respectful of each other, and good dog parents.
Great place with awesome amenities. Town is minutes away and stores and shops across the street. Highly recommend for the price. Spacious apartment with in unit washer and dryer.

So far a great place to stay. I have had only 2 minor things that needed fixing but they fixed them in 2 days. They were on time and very respectful. Icon at Ferguson has been super pleasant from the time I first visited through move-in. Of all the places I toured, they were responsive to questions, professional, and their facilities are amazing. They were quick to fix a light that was broke upon move in. The grounds are clean and the amenities amazing. Although I am just moving in, my experience so far has been very positive.
A true oasis within Bozeman. Great and friendly staff. The community is clean and perfectly maintained. The people here are extremely friendly. And the club house is always an amazing place to hang out. Perfectly located next to the gym and grocery store as well as fun places to eat and hang out.

We are sorry to here about your poor experience here at Icon at Ferguson Farm. Please reach out to the management staff so we can address your specific issues related to the office. The maintenance team ensures that the dog waste stations throughout the community are stocked, and walks the community daily to pick up trash and pet waste. We will pay extra attention going forward to ensure that the community is as clean as possible. We enforce parking rules in the community per the lease, but If you ever notice any specific vehicles that we may have missed, please let us know.
I moved in a month ago and it has been nothing but a relaxing place to be. There is no noise no theft,Everyone is super nice this includes the leasing stuff they have been super helpful, nice and understanding since day one. My husband and I are supper happy and content. Icon Ferguson farm is the best place to live. I highly recommend it.??????

Great apartments definitely, we love management team is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and any concerns are always addressed professionally, I would recommend start limiting parking spaces since its getting a little crowded, but other than that, everything is perfect.

Overall, living at icon has been a great experience so far. However, I am hesitant to leave a 5 star review for a few reasons. The main one is rent payments. Only being able to do split payments before rent is posted is kind of inconvenient and can cause some financial issues, but it’s not that big of a deal. Secondly, having somewhat recently moved in, the application process is still fresh in my mind, and it was way more inefficient than it needed to be. Other than that, the experience has generally been pleasant.

Living at The Icon in Bozeman has been a very positive experience. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with nice features like good heating, and updated appliances. The amenities are definitely a highlight there’s a great gym, pool, hot tub, clubhouse, golf simulator, and even a dog spa. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and trails. Staff and maintenance are usually quick to help and friendly.Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re looking for luxury and can handle the higher cost.

The location, amenities, activities at the Icon are outstanding. While we have a few issues with this leasing and moving in process, overall we are very satisfied with the community. As we are here for more time, we will have more involvement and examples to share.

Love the pool and hot tub. The lounge chairs are great. Meeting new people is also great when hanging out by the pool on the weekends. Staff and the maintenance crew are great and responsive.

I love this place better than the other places we rented from. I get to practice golfing and I get to have fun swimming with my kids and wife. The four of us love it.
