Property Ratings at Hyde Park Townhomes & Apartments
Really impressed and a little surprised by how good this place is. I recently moved into a duplex here and the grounds seem to be kept really nice. There’s ample parking for tenants, a nice couple lakes and geese, a small swimming pool and just a nice vibe. The actual unit I’m in is spotless, clean, well maintained, decent quality and enough space for me and my two sons. The manager Tim was super efficient through the process of moving in and really helpful, responsive and professional. Great place to stay for awhile until I buy a house. I’d recommend for sure!
Just moved into an apartment that they had renovated. Very nice and all new. No complaints
I lived here for a year and a half and it's in an amazing location with a GREAT staff and amenities! Glad I made the move :)
