The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hyde Park Townhomes
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, and my experience has truly been great overall. I’ll admit that sometimes it can be a little hard for me to explain exactly what I need when I put in a maintenance request, but Lulu and Donnisha in the office always take the time to listen and understand what I’m referring to. They never make me feel rushed or brushed off — instead, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The maintenance team is also wonderful. They’re always quick to respond, polite, and get things fixed the right way the first time. It’s such a relief knowing that whenever something comes up, it’ll be handled fast and professionally. The staff here really care about the residents, and that makes a huge difference. You can tell they take pride in their work and in keeping the community in great shape. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home.
I have been a resident here for over 13 years, and during that time, I’ve seen many changes in management and maintenance. In the past, things weren’t always handled properly — communication was inconsistent, and maintenance could take a while to respond. However, since the new management team took over in 2025, I can confidently say that the community has completely transformed for the better. The office staff are truly exceptional — professional, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help residents. They make you feel heard and valued, which means so much after so many years of living here. Maintenance has also been outstanding; they respond quickly, complete repairs efficiently, and always show respect for residents’ homes. The improvements around the property are noticeable and appreciated — from the cleanliness of the grounds to the organization and overall atmosphere. It’s clear that the new management genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live here. I’m truly impressed with the positive direction things have taken since the new team took over. After all these years, it finally feels like a place I’m proud to call home again.
ive lived here with my mom and brother for years and years and have been through different changes. The first people who managed the property were great and made sure kids, trash, and cars were in check. Now they raise the rent without fixing anything or renovating anything. They confuse your light bill with their own (it happened to us) you put in request through their rhm app and they dont care or pay attention to it. One lady in the leasing office always has an attitude like she hate she job like if you feel that way get something new. idk things used to be great but now its not and parents dont watch their kids and let kids vandalize peoples properties
DO NOT MOVE HERE TL:DR: dirty, nothing works, and there's roaches. The house was not cleaned before we moved in. Walking across the floor barefoot would turn your feet BLACK within a few minutes. The kitchen drawers were all full of crumbs. There was hair all over the place. Doors and walls had some kind of gunk splatter all around the house. Cleaning the walls changed the color and there is brown buildup in the popcorn ceiling. Vacuuming one bedroom nearly filled the vacuum and mopping the living room took over seven rounds before the mop water didn't come away black. The downstairs bathroom was full of black mold when we moved in, which was just spray-painted (with Kilz but that's not getting rid of it) over after submitting two maintenance requests. The dishwasher drainage tube is full of black mold (pipes into the dishwasher are opaque but I wouldn't be surprised if they had mold too). When we moved in both the washing machine AND dryer were useless- the washer had no tubes to connect to water and the dryer had no power cord. This took nearly a MONTH to get fixed. Every single sink faucet is loose and moves well over an inch when lightly pushed on. Several windows- including the sliding glass door- do not have screens. The whole house has a moisture problem and perpetually smells like it. The front door has one flimsy deadbolt and that's all. We had to have the weather stripping replaced after moving in as there was a solid gap around the entire door. The floors are all uneven and half of the doors do not close because they are either hung incorrectly or the doorknob doesn't fit (or both). Upon moving in, we were told that new management would be remedying previously existing issues, but aside from painting the outside of the units, literally nothing has been improved. Management also put tenants in charge of paying for and arranging new mail keys, which takes around a month. And if everything previously mentioned was not bad enough there are roaches. Management promised to send pest control for "routine preventative spraying" soon after we moved in, yet no pest control ever showed until we had cockroaches running around our kitchen. They sent a third party to do a very quick preventative spray but nothing to actually deal with the present roaches. Preventative spraying kept them away for a few weeks but obviously they came back in full force. The only redeeming quality about Hyde Park Townhomes is that one day I will no longer live here.
I lived here for 2 years. Maintenance man Travis was AMAZING and the only reason why i enjoyed my time at Hyde. The owner is RUDE and doesnt care about anyone on the property and very disrespectful, i so wish i recorded the whole interaction i had with her to take her to court because she was HORRIBLE. They want to charge RIDICULOUS prices for a crappy home!! The people who working in office was very nice and considerable !
I lived in this complex for 2 years they are very bad with resident I have eczema and my AC was broken i sent them my medical papers that i can not live without AC and they did not do anything I hate this complex they have problem with the utilites my bill was 960 $ they have alot of problem
They are terrible ! They never ever answer their phones and they don't give you a tour. Make sure you take a tour before moving in. DO NOT PAY YOUR DEPOSIT whatsoever unless you are FORSURE you want the place because if not you will NOT get it back. I came on a Wednesday to tour and give my deposit. I sat on the place after 24 hours and came back on a Friday asking for my deposit back because I want to look elsewhere. The lady informed me she thought she had to rent it to someone else before I can get it back and then she says the LCL Management will have to send it back in the mail and she has no timeframe. After a week I call her and she says to at least wait 2 weeks. After 3 weeks now and nobody answering phones I come back to ask for more information to which I am finally educated that on the bottom of the lease apparently it states that your $500 deposit is nonrefundable. Not to mention all the complaints I seen walking in as I grabbed my application. This place is beat up and run down they toured me of a place they wanted to give me and it was only a one bathroom and I was paying for a 2. The management knows nothing about what goes on around here and they will always put you at fault. Don't move here I guarantee you'll regret it.
I have lived here for about 4 years, the old management was awesome, maintenance on point lately the maintenance is horrible roaches everywhere, actually my neighbours have been burglarized office says it's not their problem, so we the long time residents decided not to renew our lease probably the owner will have a clue what's going on after we all move. Please don't lease with theses crooks2
They closed the pool down....so now no where for my children to enjoy swimming....my apartment also has roaches and there is no end in sight for this. I moved out as soon as our lease was up.
