Yazmin is a great manager her! She is always welcoming, throwing events having things for the kids to do! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to any one looking to rent!

I’ve lived here for about 2 years going on 3 and this is by far the best apartment complex I love the water here it’s so hot, nothing like coming home from a long day and getting a nice shower!

I've had a great experience living at Huntington, the staff has always been really friendly, maintenance requests are handled as quickly as possible, the community has always been clean and quiet & is why I been here for 4 years I also really appreciate the events they have been hosting lately, sweet lady's in the office. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

Been living here for a month now and I really enjoy the vibrant landscape and the amenities they offer. No issues so far everything’s been great the ladies in the office are very nice and helped my move in be simple/fast. I love my apartment and the community.

I have a friend that has lived there for 3 years and she loves it. I myself will be moving in at the end of the month. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. The office staff is very kind and also very helpful. I have seen bad reviews but after seeing the place myself and knowing my friend has been there 3 years it does not seem like a bad place. My kids are going to love the big playground they have and enjoy the sparkling pool...

Haven’t lived here long, won’t be living here much longer. Currently our hot water has been shut off for 2 WEEKS! No showers, No running dishwashers, no hot water to wash clothes… this complex is uninhabitable without hot water! This time is excessive, and they tell you one thing, like, “hot water is off, it will be on tomorrow”. This complex has been nothing but problems. They don’t tell you that there’s NO AIR in the laundry rooms! It’s 100 degrees outside, but the laundry room is 140 degrees! I almost past out the last time I went there.

Constant water shut offs without warning or ETA on resumption of service. Multiple occasions of not having water for 1-3 days. Management does not care. DO NOT LIVE HERE or allow ANYONE you love to live here

i just want to start off by saying jonathan, the property manager is very professional in what he does and does not disappoint. his staff is very nice and helpful. they made our move in process very easy and smooth. the property is so nice, clean, and quiet.

My wife and I moved out of Greenwater's newly purchased Huntington Park Apartments in Tucson, AZ on 7/31/2021. We have still yet to see our deposit returned. We have called into the leasing office several times now and are told every time "checks are cut at corporate and you will need to contact them." However, we have been unable to ever successfully get someone on the phone at corporate and the leasing office claims "we have the same number for corporate as you." Poor management all around, we left the complex after living there for almost 5 years, loved it until this new company came in and turned the place into a constant construction zone with little to no projects fully completed since they began in December 2020. Run any other way and avoid this company and any complex they oversee like the plague if you want any enjoyment where you live.

I have recently moved from this complex due to the tremendous increase in rent, $300 per month! It is a beautiful complex, however new owners are do not have tenants as #1 priority. Pool was closed for the entire summer, actually over 7 months being remodeled. Washers and dryers constantly broken. It use to be such a wonderful, simple place. Just too chaotic now……too many projects go unfinished.

New owners just took over and raised the rent by almost $150 a month. Yes its a quiet place with trees and grass..but your apartment has no washer and dryer nor upgraded appliances. Save your money and go elsewhere. New company just wants to make money.

These apartments are conveniently located on the Eastside, the units are reliable and well maintained. I have never seen an apartment complex put so much effort into maintaining its landscaping before and its shows as there is always grass and common areas cleared of overgrowth and debris. The maintenance is also excellent and very quick to respond. The front desk staff were also very reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to help. In my nearly four years of living there I never had an issue and that along with everything else is why I give them 5 stars.

Although I currently don't live in this community, I use to about 7+ years ago with my parents, and currently considering moving back with my fiancé. It is absolutely stunning, and there was always something fun to do. (I remember swinging outside for so long, I would only go inside because I either had to use the bathroom, or I got "Cotton-mouth" lol. A GREAT place to live with your family, or even if you are starting out. Affordable, well-maintained, has a "home" feeling.

Most community policy's are not enforced until a complaint is made. People swim in street clothes, cars are broken down for months, vandalism occurs. The security gates do not stop people from walking onto property because the pedestrian gate is always unlocked and there is a gap by the office. Once a complaint is made it is usually taken care of but with all the cameras on the pool and the way the parking lot is formed none should be made. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Manager is friendly when talking to her. I travel a lot and send rent electronically, if there is a bank error no one will call just send a certified letter with 5 day notice, if your not back in time, you might end up with out a place to live and locked out of your apt.

this apartment complex has had it's share of ups & downs but all in all it has been my family's home for almost 6 yrs. the management here really cares about it's residents. the anemities are wonderful. large pool w/ spa. beautiful clubhouse and a very large courtyard. it's pet friendly which is a plus for us. my pup has tons of 'doggie friends' which makes it pleasurable to take her outside to play. we recommend this complex highly.

While some of the residents leave something to be desired the buildings are in decent repair and are professionally cleaned before you move in. Any problems I have had have been taken care of quickly by the maintenance crew. Angie, the manager for the community is always super up beat and ready to help. I have seen her dealing with things even late at night. There is a super cute park on the property and I love that we get a pass to Platinum Fitness. I just renewed my lease and will probably renew again when this one is done.

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to live with a great location, this is it! Huntington Park Apts. is conveniently located on the Northeast side of town. Shopping, Banks, Schools, Churches and Fueling Stations and Medical centers are all close by. The center of the complex is a small beautifully manicured park,plenty of grass areas for kids and pets play, with large shade trees and flower beds. There are tabled picnic areas with BBQ grills, a playground, sand volleyball pit and sparkling clean pool with spa. All apartment units face this central area. The upper levels have beautiful views of the mountains. The Laundry is clean and well maintained. There is a very nice 2 story clubhouse for Complex hosted events or renting to use for a private party. The Gym is currently under construction. The apartments are clean and spacious. Luxurious carpet and very nice Kitchen and Bathroom amenities. Dining room area has a ceiling fan light. All windows are fashioned with white window blinds for your privacy and keeping the cooling costs low. Pets are allowed and welcomed! No large dogs, though. All the convenience of living in the city,without the noise and bustle. Take a tour and you won't want to leave!

We are absolutely impressed and love our new home!
