Huntington Park Apartments

I have had an incredible experience living in this apartment complex for the past 3 years. Management is great and I appreciate being heard. They are truly exceptional property managers who go above and beyond for their tenants, their professionalism and warmth made me feel at home. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. Any maintenance requests I had were addressed promptly, the ladies are always just a call, or text away and ready to assist with any concerns. What sets them apart is their genuine care for the community. They regularly organize events that bring neighbors together, creating a friendly and welcoming environment. They recently painted the apartment complex to a lovely color that makes them pop out more than ever.. LOVE LOVE LOVE the way the remolded office looks. Definitely always referring my family and friends to this complex.

Good place to live, I've been there for 4 years and everyone is very nice, the girls in the offices are amazing, the maintenance man is very friendly and always comes to help us when we need him, his name is Oscar. Definitely recommended! The rent is not that expensive either…so good place to live.

This apartment is horrible they don’t care about their residents I would not recommend living here. The management is horrible they only care about the rent getting paid. Stay away from this place unless you would like your property damaged.

Huntington Park apartments are a top notch apartment complex. The staff is absolutely amazing, Magdally & Andrea are quick to respond to any of my needs. They are very professional & always make you feel welcomed. Maintenance & Groundskeeper is extremely hardworking and friendly as well, I love how clean the environment always looks. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for peace, privacy and a beautiful view. I can honestly say this is a Home sweet Home!

When we moved in the carpets had stains or a discoloration in some parts n i even took video of them and when we moved out they wanna try n charge me for the stains. DO NOT rent from here because they can't even give me a number to reach the owners of the apartments to let them know that the people managing that place dont care if my apartment was wasting so much electricity when i wasn't even using much in 1 day just the AC, n finally when they did come up to check what was wrong after 3 MONTHS of complaining they changed the air filter to the AC n it started to work less harder n would get cold faster so that was wasting so much electricity n they dont REIMBURSE ANY MONEY that we spent during the 3 months we were complaining of the electricity or if u use it on the apartment like when we had to get our OWN air filter when we first moved in because the original one was filthy like really bad n they wouldn't reimburse us only $10 what a bunch of cheap skates. So stay away from here if Dolores or Blanca are the managers there because they are the ones who didn't want to work with us or help us when the electricity was going really high

I have been living here for 8 years, I have never had any kind of problem. Location is great, management is very helpful, maintenance is quick, grounds are clean and the apartment is like my own home!

I have lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. Staff are very helpful and maintaince is always punctual when something needs repair. They also have monthly games where you can win discount of your rent. It gets a bit hot in the summer since they don't have refrigerated air but it is manageable. Definitely recommend.

The Huntington Park apartments are very comfortable and make my life easier because they have a laundromat, gym, and pool available. Also, the neighborhood is very peaceful.
