Property Ratings at Huntington House Apartments
There's a lot I could say negatively about this complex but the worst of it all is that the water has to be shut off at least once a week, and the heat, like really? If it's not water it's the heat and this is ridiculous. Neighbors leave trash outside their door for days, the trash dumpsters run over with trash. People are allowed to move in at all hours of the day or night. Maintenance is horrible, you put in a request and it takes 3 weeks or more to get a response but management wants to be paid on time. What a joke, i HATE IT HERE
This place has Roaches, Roaches & more roaches, thin walls, poor installation, trash on ground around complex, poor maintenance, waiting forever for something to get fixed or replaced. Don't waste your money this place is horrible. I'm just trying to last until my lease end without scarring my credit.
Absolute garbage. Unresponsive management and maintenance. RATS. Loud and rude neighbors. Absolutely not worth the money. I feel trapped in my lease.
You can forget all the negative reviews.... this place has changed dramatically over the past year. Everything from new management to upgrades in all the units and the maintenance supervisor Thomas really goes out of his way to make sure everything in your place is working right. My Wife and lived here for a short period of time over the past year using it as a transition place while we were selling our house and looking for one in Riverview. The pool was always clean, there weren't a ton of ppl using it during the summer either. For the price, this place is a diamond in the rough.
I just called Huntington house to ask about their availability. Phone Answered and hung right back up. That kind of tells me the office staff doesn't care. Move on to the next one.
Recently moved out, bed bugs, roaches, rats, mice, drugs, apartment very hot, air conditioning works horrible GOSSIP TENTANTS THAT THINK THEY OWN THE PLACE and tell others what they can and cannot do. They think they can pull that with me too, don't think so. They are called the Group that sits in the corner..... by other tenants. Same tenants in and out of the office telling on other tenants on a daily basis. Texting property manager and taking pictures of tenants for things they want other tenants violated for, beware you could be on candid camera. Read all reviews on Huntington so that you make the right choice. Several people moving out and several still there unhappy. Advertise Laundry Facilities, don't work a majority of the time. Paid on two places just so I could move out of this rodent bug infested place. Property Manager was a joke. Tells personal information to other tenants, favoritism for some tenants and rules don't apply to All just some.
I’m not sure who answers phone (never said her name)but she is very rude and don’t sound happy to be at work. Awkward moments like that is alarming to possible renters and shows poor customer service. Thanks for the heads up. Will be taking this off my list.
Huntington house apartments is a great place to live I don't have any problems,maintance is always on time and very caring,and the office manager Dayna is great if I have a problem with anything she gets right on it.she gives little partys for the residents and makes sure things are right on the complex so with that being said Dayna and maintance do a wounderful job.
The apartments are nice and maintenance is decent but don’t bother calling if you need anything. The manager, Dayna acts like the residents are such an inconvenience to her, she’s rude and half the time too lazy to answer the phone and the mailbox has been full since I’ve lived here. Also don’t bother paying for parking cause people always take your spot and all the lazy manager has to say about that is “we’re aware of the problem” but nothing gets done.
My 22 year old fiancé and I called to try to see a 2 bedroom apartment, and the lady who answered the phone gave me awful attitude and then proceeded to set the phone down (to where I could still hear her) and complain to her boss about me asking simple questions. Then, when the call was passed on to the boss, he simply laughed at everything I said. Claimed that me (19years old) and my fiancé (22 years old) weren’t adults and they wouldn’t rent an apartment to me. If anyone isn’t an adult here, it’s the people who work in the office for this apartment. I have never been treated with such disrespect before.
