The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Huntington Hollow Apartments
Whole apartment complex is infested with Roaches even though you keep your place clean you’ll still see a million of them everywhere office people do nothing about it either don’t recommend at all
This place is horrible. Office is always closed early with no notice. Roaches everywhere in all buildings. Drivers are extremely dangerous here. No cameras or street lights. Tenants will sit in their cars at all hours drinking and blasting music so loud it shakes the walls of the building. Office, security, even police don't do anything about it even tho it goes against the lease.

Hi, my family and I have been living here for almost 2 and 1/2 years now, it started out ok, but had to beg and plead to be placed on the list to be spread for ROACHES, then we were told that it was under a different management and that we would be spread every month, and that started out ok but then they stopped and we got infested with a different BUG( to no end got bitten up so bad that people looked at me differently like I had chose this when I didn't), and was dealing with it for 6 months without any let up of the bugs going away, when finally told the office about it, they set up a date and then changed it(all due to us suspally not moving a TV bolted to the wall by a TV holder, and have nowhere to move it) and had told us due to not be prepared we will have to move the date and charge you for the date being moved. I would not recommend moving into this place, also we have talked to others who have had the same issues we have had.
Its fairly close to Reasor's. for shopping. The one bedroom is roomy. It is a gated, but they hardly ever use the gates. I don't know why. There is an entrance and exit gates. They supposed to fine people $50 for useing the exit to come in. And alot of people use it. To stop this they need to use the gates.
I have lived here since February, so far I've really enjoyed it. It's really quite, the ground maintenance is maintained, the office people are wonderful, super nice, vey helpful. Even maintenance is awesome. They've always fixed repairs in a timely manner. My neighbors are really friendly. Over all i really like living here.
I have lived in Huntington hollow for more then five years. The office staff is wonderful, they are always on top of things. Maintenance is always on top of repairs whenever needed. I have never had an issue. It's a quite place. I love it here.
