The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Huntingdon Apartments
I absolutely love living in this community. Management (Lacy) is very easy to deal with and she is very courteous and understanding. Maintenance(George) is very punctual and professional at all times. I never have to worry if anything comes up with my unit. They are right on top of it. I would refer these apartments to ANYONE! If you are looking for a clean, nice and quiet place to live with professional people like George and Lacy, look no further! Thanks a million you guys! You rock!
The old property manager was complete garbage, but ever since Laci took over this place has been much better! Laci works hard to make sure that all problems are taken care of in a timely manner. She may be a little cheap sometimes, we had an issue once that would have been easily rectified by just purchasing a new water heater, but for the most part, everything worked out. My fiance and I have lived here for 3 years and we barely have any complaints other than they raised the rent for no reason. Even then it wasn't by too much. Pest control is lovely and the maintenance crew is full of lovely kind people. Would definitely recommend.
Management has changed and is much worse than previously. Maintenance is poor. I experienced many problems, and fixes were slow. The grounds are not well-kept. The grass was never cut often enough in the summer. Their major concern is stopping people from picking up pecans off the ground. Management does not seem to care about tenant safety. Even though there have been break-ins and shootings nearby, I was not allowed to install a door chain -- even at my own expense. Management will enter without notice and happily hand out keys to apartments without oversight. Do not consider renting from Huntingdon. They are not interested in building a community, let alone the basics of running a complex. There are much better places to live in Albany.
Maintenance is top-notch and the grounds always look amazing.
My wife and I have only been living here for only a few weeks, and the costomer service has been more than incredible. As far as setting everything up up, Mrs. Janice was more than helpful and made the entire moving process extremely easy. And at fist I was very hesitant to check them out, previous reviews said that Mrs. Janice was very rude. Well to be honest if you act like a decent Human being and talk to her with respect then you will get respect in return. But I love the apartment and the community.
