The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hunters Run
We have lived here at Hunter’s Run for over 7 years. We are so happy to be here. For the price, square feet, and amenities, I don’t think there is a better place to live in Lebanon than here. The manager Ganeen does an excellent job keeping the place safe, clean, and welcoming. She also keeps on top of maintenance and does an amazing job for the size of the complex.

Going on 7 years living here. The office ladies are always very nice and go out of their way to help. Maintenance is always on call and comes right when you need them. Safe place for kid's to play outside. The property and park are always very clean and well maintained. The property manager is even out helping keep it clean. She goes puts in the extra effort to make it's safe fun place for the tenants especially the kid's.
I'm not sure why people leave bad reviews. I've priced around many 3 bedroom apartments and the price is reasonable compared to most places. It is a very family orientated atmosphere. The office staff has always been friendly and will answer all questions I may have. Any maintenance issues I have were all fixed promptly. The property manager Ganeen is super nice and friendly. The property does go up on rent but it's not the property manager's fault it's the actual company itself. And the rent doesn't go up unexpectedly, your rent goes up yearly as do with any apartment complex. I've always received my annual notice stating what the rent is going to be a couple months before my lease renews. So if I want to leave that's my option. I love my unit, which is a 3 bedroom. It's very spacious. I only wish we had more closet space, but other than that apartment is great. The property manager also maintains the grass and shrubs. I definitely recommend it here!
Property kept clean. They are very nice in the office and will help you any way they can to be qualified to live here.
Always raising rent and are VERY strict about what the outside of your house looks like. there are many many kids there (which is very annoying, they don't know how to get out of the street) and many bad influences. also, if you have lived there for a while, they will kick you out. i should know. they only did it so that they could fix it up really nice to sell for more money. they dont care about anything but their money. I was almost homeless.
Great price for the amount of space. Great place for families with kids. Only complaint is landlords raise price of rent unexpectedly.
