The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. Maybe it’ll be when you start spotting members of the colorful herd of bison painted by various artists scattered all around town, and rightfully decide to go on a scavenger hunt to find them all. Perhaps you’ll find it unique that Wurst Bier Hall serves a rattlesnake rabbit bratwurst and indulge your curiosity. You’ll notice that North of Normal is a pretty interesting place to be.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Fargo. Plains Art Museum and Rourke Art Gallery and Museum offer residents and visitors endless opportunities to admire art with all kinds of rotating exhibits.

Property Ratings at Hunters Run I
They take too long to complete work orders and the laundry machines have been broken since before I got here and still haven’t gotten fixed even though the guy showing us the apartment said he would put in a work order

I have loved cedar pointe since the day I moved in. Definitely an easy place to call home!
Hunters Run I has been such a great experience for me. The apartment building is has less apartments in it so it has been great getting to know our neighbors. We all have become family. the staff is so kind and have always followed up with me in a timely manner. When I come into the office, they are always offering me something to drink and ready to help me instantly. I don;t feel like we are micromanaged like other apartments have done. I have rented here for 5 years or more.
Hunters Run 1 has been a wonderful place to reside.
Hunters Run 1 Staff are so polite, kind, and professional. I love living at this apartment. They are always willing to listen and work with any concerns I may have. I truly recommend renting from them.
I have lived in Hunters Run 1Since 2017. I love where I live, my building, my neighbours and the environment. Kentwood had been a blessing in me and my family lives. Thank You
It's cheap. It's a (HEAVY) smoking building, which Goldmark won't tell you, so avoid if you don't smoke. It smells a lot and the front exterior is not maintained. But it's a good price for a lot of space, the layout is wonderful, and it's relatively quiet. Good location too. So if you're looking for a cheap, halfway decent place (if you add some air purifiers) to be in temporarily, this is a good spot.
The best thing about HR 1 is the location. In the time I have been here I feel like building care and maintenance have been going down hill, non working laundry rooms and constant door lock issues.
Goldmark has definitely stepped their game up regarding maintenance. Through the pandemic and staffing issues they continue to respond and the staff are always very helpful.
Very Professional Staff, Very Thorough And Accurate.Very Welcoming!!
Hunters Run 1 has been an amazing place to live. Its safe and affordable.
My building is amazing, quiet, very comfortable and safe.
The staff answering calls are polite and friendly. However, items are always broken. Typically, either the washer or dryer are broken every few months, causing tenants to looks quarters and the inconvenience of taking back dirty or wet clothes.
Extremely high customer service at a reasonable rate with great neighbors
The layout is nice, although it is not what is shown online. The move in paper did not note many things, and said most were good when they needed work.
It's a nice complex overall, but if you have maintenance needs it's horrible.
Price, neighbors, laundry room in my home, wood burning fireplace and garage all make up for the things this place lacks.
