SO glad I moved here!

I can’t say enough good things about living here! The leasing staff (Trisha and Stephanie) made the whole process so easy and stress-free, even helping me choose my apartment before I was able to visit in person. They were so friendly, flexible, and made me feel comfortable from the start. When I moved in, my apartment was spotless with brand-new flooring/carpet. Maintenance requests are handled unbelievably fast—often the same day—and the maintenance team is always kind, respectful, and professional. The neighborhood itself is quiet, and the community here is welcoming and friendly. The only downside is that my unit doesn’t have an in-unit washer and dryer, so I use the community laundry facilities, which are very well maintained (it’s about $5 per load). On the plus side, the location is extremely convenient—only about a 15-minute drive to the Navy base, and grocery stores are just a short drive away. I haven’t had a single real complaint since moving in, and I’m genuinely glad I chose this place to call home!

Second year here

I wrote a review a year ago about my experience moving in. At the time I figured all the special attention was due to my move in being bumpy, but the service has continued and I’m about to renew for year two. They have helped me meet my neighbors by having parties for us and the employees feed us. They check in on me and know who I am. I feel happy when I drive in at the end of my day. I had an apartment my always because of my work and this has been my best home so far.

It's alright .

It's quiet here and nice. New management I'm not feeling.the apartments itself look nice but it doesn't get cold in the master bedrooms. I've moved into 3 different apartments and it's the same problem. We called maintence and they said to move into a colder room, then what's the point of a master bedroom. Rent went up when new management took over, they are kind of rude and bad attitude. Then every time they need to work on something involving the unit we get a note on door the day of , no wanrning! Luckily I'm moving soon and will not recommend to anyone.

We send out a monthly newsletter to give a general heads up of what will be happening in our Community in the coming month, plus notices are sent out in advance of whatever the planned activity is, and we also post to our Facebook page which, by the way, is a GREAT way to stay informed of all the goings on at Hunter's Pointe including our Resident Events and parties!

New Management so far not so great. New lawn care hired leaves weeds & uncut patches. I have never went into a clean pool restroom. Laundry rooms are messy, yuck! It is quiet & maintenance has been good when needed. Have noticed many stray cats around lately. I have enjoyed living here in the past but it just seems ew now!

staff is awesome, friendly, and always willing to help

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the 2 pools areas are lovely and clean, laundry room is always accessible -feel safe coming and leaving. This community is very well kept and clean. The updated appliances were pleasant to see as well as the comfortable feel. Sam f.
