Hunters Chase

PLEASE do your research on this place and the company that owns it before you sign anything. A simple google search of “The Connor Group” will tell you everything you need to know about them and their disgusting practices. The five star reviews here are either from staff themselves or from people who the staff harassed to make a review BEFORE they ever moved in. If you move here prepare to pay $300-500 more than the rent you agreed upon because they will nickel and dime you with fees. Not only do you have to pay for your own utilities, but you’re also charged for “community” utilities which they don’t tell you about initially. On top of that the fee just to apply is absolutely insane. Don’t make the same mistake that my family did and stay as far away from these people as possible.

I see why this company paints the apartments those bright colors - they hope to distract you from the actual apartment. The lady who showed the apartment was nice enough but the apartment was so dark and don't let the pictures fool you they are fully carpeted. Everything was brown and dated. They just asking too much for something this old

Headline says it all. Do your research on this place, look at apartment rating websites other than just this one. Utilities are ~$250/month, includes personal and common, and mandatory internet/cable bundle is $130/month. Maintenance does not respond quickly (or sometimes ever) to requests. I've lived here for three months now and have called/walked in to the office to get my gutter fixed a half dozen times (which I put in a maintenance order for as soon as I got in) and it still isn't fixed. Oh, and they switched the addresses on the unit they showed us and the one they put on the lease without telling us. Check out other review sites and they will say the same things. Do your research, it seems like the only thing Hunters Chase values about you and your family is your wallet.

Wonderful staff. People here are friendly and kind. Wonderful two bedroom apartment with all the perks. I don't think we could be any happier or feel safer than we do here. If you are looking. Look here for a fantastic community and apartment

During the 3 years I lived here, the only "luxury" part of these apartments was the rental cost. The amenities are outdated, and the hallways smell funky. The units themselves share vents, and if your neighbor is a smoker then you'll be sharing that as well. The office personnel is always different, and maintenance is flaky at best. My advice is to stay far away from these apartments, or any property owned by the Connor Group.

Apartment amenities and the balcony are the only positives of this place. Within the first month of living here I had severe water damage on my ceiling and even after multiple service calls, water stains were never addressed until my annual "check in". Things seem to just not be assembled properly, water leaking in bathroom upon moving in. Recently had the laundry room door fall on me just simply due to loose hinges. Then they have a rent hike of $120. Spoke with other neighbors and they have experienced similar issues, one having their light fall from the ceiling (also from water damage) in laundry room. Service and response were adequate, but absolutely not worth what you pay.

I recently moved into Hunters Chase and absolutely just love this place. Jamie has been nothing but wonderful, and Meredith is exceptional as well. They are both so friendly and are always willing to do anything to help. I am just amazed at how quiet the complex is, no matter what time of day or night. I would highly recommend living here. Thank you Jamie and Meredith!!!!!

Just moved in and I am very happy with my apartment. The apartment looks modern with the stainless steel appliances, the layout makes it feel like home, lots of storage and plenty of natural light and indoor lights. The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly and easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about Hunters Chase and I'm excited to be a resident here.

I just wanted to mention if you are out looking for an apartment in the area. There are a lot of places out there and I went through 9 before I found this one. I searched for a month and a half. I had chosen another place but when they kept giving me the run around on seeing the apartment I would be living in I decided to try one more place. Hunter's Chase hmm. Yeah guess where I am now! So not to mention the authentic customer service, seeing the actual apartment I was being offered (w/everything I asked for) but the added customer service they gave when my very concerned father was put to ease knowing I had found the perfect place for me. Oh and I like the fact they actually like to see the people that live here.

This would be my second time I am renting an apartment in Hunters Chase. And I was lucky enough to get one and Everyone is so helpful and prompt in responding to queries. I couldn't be more happier to be back here. Everything about the apartment is just wow and the complete management team is always there to take care of your concerns. The property is well maintained and having decent views across all patios. Thank you for all the support :)

The location is great and the management team at Hunters Chase make you feel at home. I have been a resident for just over 30 days and I'm so pleased with my decision. I could easily call the office if I have a question or need but I love stopping in the office. Jamie and Brad take what they do seriously but not themselves and I usually walk out laughing which makes for a brighter day.

I'm so excited to be moving into the hunters chase apartments! The staff was very friendly throughout my application process. My roommate and I needed to move in by a certain date and they were able to make that happen. Love the area and I can't wait to be fully moved in!

I just signed a lease and am so excited to move in. The apartments are newly renovated and everything I was looking for. There is also a swimming pool and tennis courts that I am looking forward to using. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location. Just minutes from both Austin landing and Dayton Mall. Wonderful neighbors, friendly and helpful peppery manager. We should have loved here a long time ago.

We’ve been here a year now and signed a second year lease ... courteous people and friendly , neighbors are quiet and polite , great amenities, grounds are always clean and we love our view listening to the fountains it’s so serene , love the fireplace and our deck it’s so relaxing just sitting there and feeling the cool breeze in the spring and summer it’s my favorite place also the maintenance team are so friendly ... thank you we’re at peace ??MWB

How does this sound? I just renewed my contract for another year. I absolutely love, love, love my apartment. My granddaughter knows it as the "Tree House." I'm settled in safe and snug.In the summertime, surrounded by tree's and their foliage nestling birds, squirrels and maybe even a cat or two. In the winter, The bare limbs and the fresh fallen snow are a picture fantasy living in a winter wonderland sitting enveloped by the warmth emitting from my fireplace. Everything is so close. My commute to work is within walking distance with shopping and the interstates right around the corner. It takes but a blink of an eye and I'm where I want to. But when I am in my apartment, I hear non of the hustle and bustle. Living at Hunters Chase is like an escape for me. The staff is fantastic. Always friendly and willing to help.Many times, going above and beyond the extra mile. That say's as much for the maintenance team as. Is everything always picture perfect? No. , Like anyplace,sometimes things happen. But living here, I feel safe, comfortable and at home. K.W.

Hunters Chase is a nice, quiet, and well kept complex. Maintenance people are friendly and respectful. Managers Olivia and Heather are awesome to interact with. It’s great to call or walk into the office and deal with happy people. I’ll add I’ve only had minor maintenance issues, they were attended to very quickly. I feel comfortable and safe here. Very happy.

Olivia is the best person in the office, she really helps with anything you need and is always there to answer questions. The quality of the apartments has gotten better within the last year. Only thing that sucks is no matter what you cannot get out of your lease if something were to occur in your life.

My apartment at Hunter's Chase was very clean upon moving in. There are new appliances in the kitchen and the apartment as a whole has been kept nice. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool and work out room are both nice as well. It has been a very positive experience living here.

Nice convenient apartments. Would've probably stayed longer but the rent had a significant increase. Whenever something broke or needed repair the maintenance crew was always super quick and helpful.

Property was purchased by the Connor Group. Say what you like about the company but this staff has really turned this place around. Grounds luck much better, apartment exteriors all redone, appliances and flooring upgraded. You can't beat the location. Not a fan of the fountains in the ponds nor all the flags and the person in the suit holding a sign advertising specials for a luxury apartment complex. Curious to know if anyone ever came in and said that they wanted to rent an apartment because of all the flags and the guy/girl in the dog costume? The service of the staff and maintenance and affordability rent apartments. Staff and maintenance here are pretty on top of things considering all the renovations.

I have been living with Hunter's Chase for over 5 months now and my experience here was really good. I have interacted with Harlee and various other staff members at leasing office during my stay and they are very friendly, supportive and prompt. They have even extended their support to ensure my lease continuations are very smooth and worry free. Apartments here are newly painted and renovated. I was offered a brand new set of appliances. Maintenance of locality is prompt making the surroundings clean and stay a pleasant experience.

I recently moved in to these apartments and I love it here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the first time we talked the whole way through my expierence. I worked with Brittany directly who answered all my questions and was always quick to respond. The apartments themselves are updated and very clean upon move in. I couldnt have asked for anything more than what this complex has to offer!!
