The Greatest Apartment Experience Ever.

I've lived at Hunter's Chase for just over a year and I absolutely love it. I have one of the largest apartments you can have on the property which has a wood burning fire place. After a stressful day at work, we have a nice sized heated pool that takes away the stress of my day. I spend much time using the outdoor kitchen and fire pit at the pool area as well. I'm literally a couple minute drive from the highway and an abundance of shopping. I would highly recommend this location for families and those who appreciate having great amenities.

A happy home

I lived at hunters chase for 5 years. I have lived in every floor plan they had to offer and each one had a unique style about it that made it special. Since the upgrades the interior is awesome, but cant even compare to the staff. Not only is the location very convenient for the downtown Cleveland worker like myself, Beth and Tina are PHENOMENAL. They treated me like family and always welcomed my conversation and visits to the office, not to mention they put on some pretty awesome parties for the tenants (alcohol included for those of age). I have nothing but great things to say about this complex, the staff and my experience at hunters chase! You will be missed!

WONDERFUL place to call home!!

I have lived @ Hunters Chase for six months and have even recently transferred from a one bedroom with den to a 2 bed / 2 bath. The finishes, community, staff and maintenance are all top notch. I love that they even have the walls painted so you don't even have to mess with that! Most place just offer an accent wall but not here. I feel VERY safe and would have no problems with my mom walking alone at night. I do recommend a 3rd floor unit as it is nice not having anyone above you but I do believe all the units are great. An amazing place to live!!!!!

I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but my experience here from the first moment I walked in through the door has been second to none. The staff here is amazing! They were so friendly and the decor in the clubhouse was stunning. When I toured the apartments, the leasing consultant explained that the units were being renovated and when we walked through the apartment I was in awe. The cabinets are luxurious and the floors were very modern! I had to have it. The community has been amazing, everyone has been very friendly. I love waking up in the morning and seeing deer eating while I drink my coffee! I recommend this place to anyone! Hope this will help someone! Have a great day!

Best place in town!!!!

By far one of the best places to live at. The staff are amazing and truly care about their residents. The apartments have been recently renovated and it looks amazing! I currently live in a two bed two bath and it feels like I'm living in a house not in an apartment. I recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the area, the location is very convenient and it's in one of the safest areas in town!

I recently signed the lease for my 4th year at Hunters Chase, and I've only had a great experience at this apartment complex. I moved into one of the renovated apartments last month, and the quality of the renovation is apparent at first sight. New cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, bathroom, carpet - all excellent. Even the "minor" details such as the door handles were considered in the update. The complex itself is located conveniently off I-90 with a short commute downtown for work. The clubhouse has been updated, and the fitness center has all new equipment. In addition, working with the staff at Hunters Chase has been nothing but enjoyable. Beth has been working in the front office since my first day living in this complex, and she has been important in making my experience at Hunters Chase an enjoyable one. She's accessible, knowledgeable, and I feel that she works to make things smooth/convenient for me. Beth and staff are truly an asset to the operation of this complex.

1st home away from home

My husband & I moved here in the harsh winter of January 2013 after living in Hawaii for 20+ year meeting my husband while he was stationed in Hawaii, we married & next thing you know we had to relocate due to his job being in the U.S. Coast Guard. My husband did a great job researching for the best place to live, we are both glad & happy to the place that we live in. So glad that we found this place & that they had availability for us to move in asap. Location is perfect to everything--stores, restaurant, high way, schools & etc. Winning a free rent would help us significantly in our future to save money & be able to buy our future home.

Its a nice place to call home. I am new to being a husband. Its my responsibility to provide a nice home for my family among many other responsibilities. To pick a place for my wife and I to call home, after moving her away from Hawaii, was hard. I looked for the perfect apartment, with a month time frame. After two weeks of non stop research and investigating apartment's, I had finally found an apartment that had enough space, utilities, and the feeling of home. When I saw my wife smile with the idea of this place being our home away from home, I knew it was the right decision even to this day we feel the same way. Its a great apartment with great people.

Close to everything

Nearby shopping and a wonderful staff have made this the ideal location for our recent move to Ohio. The management is extremely kind and friendly. We have had a few maintenance issues which sometimes take a while to get to but nothing major. Highway adjacent and nearby grocery store is a huge plus. I love the fireplace and the workout room in the clubhouse.
