Property Ratings at Huntcliffe Apartments
I lived here for five years. It used to be nice quite community well cared for with effective manager. However, over years this place has changed a lot unfortunately not for the better. Just take a walk around you can see building and landscaping poor condition. But main issue is dealing with management they are unresponsive, unprofessional and unethical. My advice is STAY AWAY
I have now been living at the Huntcliffe for a little over month. Management is quick and reliable in having maintenance attended to quickly and professionally. The grounds are kept clean and common areas well maintained. I would definitely recommend this complex.
