Property Ratings at Lea Woodstock
I rented a two bedroom for six months. The area is very quiet, and tranquil. From the beginning, Brooke was very helpful, she made the move experience very smooth. One thing I was not happy was, my stove broke, and it took them over three weeks to fix. The light in the stairs landing blinked for 4 months out of the six I was there. More frequent fumigation of apartments is necessary, saw a big roach in my apartment, and lots of them in the porch, even though I kept my place very clean. Overall is a nice place to live, lots of good amenities.
Constantly overflowing dumpsters, bug problem, broken gates, car washes that residents pay for have been broken since LAST summer! Everything in the apartment is cheap so maintenance will have to come by usually more than once to fix it & you’ll also be waiting a week for maintenance to even come by. Not sure what anyone of them do up in the office other than collect a check. The leasing office staff, more often than not, don’t have a clue what’s going on. Not worth the money. Look somewhere else, they’re running this place into the dirt and it shows.
Hudson is a wonderful place to live with excellent staff, amenities, and living spaces. I would highly recommend my friends and family to live here.
This place is not worth the money. Maintenance takes up to a week and a half and usually can’t fix the problem. Management only cares about money and the property shows it. Little maintenance is done to the property. All gates have been left wide open the past month because they’re broken and have yet to be fixed. Not sure why they’re advertising a gated community.
Beautiful complex, mostly quiet neighborhood, and friendly people. I feel safe and blessed to live here.

In general Hudson Woodstock is a very good place. Every thing are available around.
Staff is "excellent". Friendly, cordial. They have made me feel that I am a part of their family.
Overpriced. Trashy. Overflowing dumpster. No longer well-maintained. Maintenance response up to 1.5 weeks for issues such as a leaky refrigerator and faulty freezer. Rent spike between $223 - $700 (!!!) a month depending on term in 2021. A joke to claim luxury living status. Turning into slums of Woodstock and very greedy/opportunistic owners.

Hudson Woodstock is a quiet and respectful community.
Hudson Woodstock has been slowly raising rent for families and didnt have any relief during the pandemic last year. They claim to have a rental help program by giving residents a free month and tacking the payment onto the following months. Many of the minor issues in my apartment that come up I have to fix myself because maintenance will come in and some how make the issue worse or leave a massive chip in the sink or a hole in the wall in my closet. Which seems silly to pay so much and expect so little, thank you.
Hudson Woodstock has beautiful manicured lawns, clean pool, workout and yoga room and am amazing Hudson staff especially Amanda in finance. Maintenance staff is excellent and very knowledgable.
Ive lived here for a year at this point. Employees are lovely, and the actual apartments are so nice! I love living here.
We moved from Chicago down to Georgia, so we were not able to be in person for our inspection; but, also with that said, we had chosen this place based off of their reviews. In the end, we were surprised they had so many good reviews. Our move in date was a week prior to us moving in, to which, my grandparents came to pick up our keys and inspect the place for us. They left BOTH the leasing lady and the maintenance worker with a list of 5 items that needed to be taken care of before our arrival (so they had an extra week). Fast forward a week later, and only 1 out of 5 items was completed. This honestly did not sit well, so I decided to start inspecting everything myself. This is when I realized how much a mess the apartment actually was. This apartment was definitely not ready for a new tenant to be living in it. My girlfriend and I spent our first night, and day cleaning the place. I must mention, just by cleaning, I took care of 3 more items out of the 5 my grandfather left them with. Through cleaning, we found corners full of hairs, all of the windows were caked in dirt and I could barely get them opened because of this, animal droppings throughout the floors, a pill (who knows of what, and what it would’ve done to our dog had she swallowed it), stuck vomit or mud (we can’t decide what it is) to the carpet, painted over chipped wood trim throughout the whole apartment, a hole in a corner (who knows from what), dust on shelves and in the laundry room (that hadn’t been used yet?), a broken AC, broken screen door that didn’t even fit our outside door, a loose faucet in the bathroom, as well as the oven light fixture being cracked (all of these are in the picture below). To make matters worse, we spoke to the leasing office about the items my grandparents left them with, to which, Amanda told me that they didn’t say anything needed attention. This led me to confirm this with my grandparents, to which, both grandparents confirmed BOTH the leasing lady and maintenance man knew of the list. I guess my grandparents are liars? We then asked about the mess of the items listed above and were told (by Brenda) they only had a 4-day turnover period (I guess minus the week they had prior to our arrival) with this apartment, which was shorter than they typically have. COME TO FIND OUT, through a neighbor, this was a lie as well! Our neighbor had mentioned how the lady before us had been out of this apartment for 2-3 months, maybe more.
Many thanks to Megan, Amanda, last but not least, a big thank you Holly and Todd for the courtesy you showed and understanding. Making sure the work was completely finished as soon as possible. HUDSON WOODSTOCK is "home to me". Thanks for caring.
I have lived here over 12 years and have considered on of my life's best decisions. I lived at a previous location at Warner Robins (same company) and this location is far superior.
I have been a resident here for 12 years. I do call it my home. I am always well taken care of. Office staff and maintenance are the best and genuinely concern about the residents.
The Hudson is the perfect place for me, a student. The community is friendly and quiet, perfect for studying. The quiet hours starting at 9pm are fantastic since I am always early to bed and up early for work. Issues I have had at student complexes are neighbors partying late at night. This has not been an issue here. Police are constantly on the property, making it very safe, as well as the gate always working. The park is a wonderful area to meet other residents and walk dogs. I have no complaints for this apartment complex.
Best apartment community Ive ever lived in by far - and Ive lived in many. Attentive management and maintenance, very kind and worked with everyone on rent during the pandemic, incredible amenities, just a wonderful community full with people of all ages from singles to families - SO kid friendly, close (walking distance) to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, package stores, Walmart, nail salons, you name it. Overall never been happier; I love our little community
The community is great. We love our apartment. Things jus weren't ready when we moved in. The maintenance system seems disorganized. The maintenance workers themselves are good at what they do though.
So far, the experience has been average. My wife and I honestly feel as if our previous residence was better than Hudson Woodstock.

Very pleasant place to live - quiet and well-maintained. Yard crew tends to be inconsistent and at times does a mediocre job. All in all, a call to the office staff resolves the problem.
This the best place to live. I have been here for about 13 years and that goes without saying. I have always been taken care. It is a safe environment as well as the cleanest place. They take good care of their property.
Hudson Woodstock is one of the best apartments you could live in, all the residents and staff are very friendly. The whole apartment complex is peaceful.
I'm living at Hudson Woodstock almost 2 years. I absolutely love it! My dogs are also very happy because of the surrounded walking path. The maintenance team responds quickly and service is always completed. My neighbors are great and I feel like I'm living in a resort with all the wonderful amenities!

I overlooked this community for some time when looking for a new apartment because I had friends/family living here before the current ownership/management, and it was unimpressive at best back then. SO so glad I gave it a chance before choosing a new home because its an incredible place to live now. The renovations make a huge difference, the team in the office is so kind and truly cares about the residents, the property is immaculately maintained, Maintenance crew is awesome - quality work and quick to respond to requests, the property itself has multiple grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and bars, etc all conveniently located in walking distance, the residents in the community are respectful and everyone gets along at the multiple pools, gyms, and common areas - I cant stress enough how wonderful it is to live here. Love love love it!
Ive been a tenant for several years and have had a positive experience. The many amenities available provide opportunities for comfortable and satisfied living. The building and grounds are well maintained. The personnel are both pleasant and helpful. Any issues Ive had have been addressed promptly and resolved quickly. Overall it is a safe, attractive community with pleasant tenants.
Hudson Woodstock has lovely grounds and an unusually congenial office and maintenance staff. Apartments have a roominess you just don't find in new construction.
The Hudson staff is excellent and their response time is very good. The only complaint Ive ever had is their rental increase after one year is awful.
