Hi there :-) My name is Lindsay.. I live in apartment j 2 0 3. I have lived here for over 2 years and I really enjoy it! I have been here since the beginning, through management and maintenance changes and I'm still happy. One of my favorite favorite things about living here is going down to the office for any questions or concerns and getting to meet a know Aleke Garcia! She is by far one of the kindest most helpful people I have ever dealt with when living in an apartment! No matter how trivial my concern might feel to me she always greets me with a smile and a great attitude! I'm so thankful that she works here and then I get to see her smiling face every time I go down there! By far my favorite person in the office :-)

I love living at the Hudson on 158. The office staff has always handled any issue I might have in a very timely manner, if not right there and then. This has been home for me since I moved to Texas from Las Vegas and I love all the amenities, I love the location and I love how the office staff creates mixers for us tenants. I really feel at home here and can not say enough about my community!
Service Maintenance is horrible. I have three outstanding service requests that have not been worked on for two days. One of my previous service requests was canceled with no notice.
These apartments are made of cardboard; everything is cheap and the price they're asking is absolutely ridiculous. Trash pickup is never on time, or they simply don't pick up at all. Water stays warm for 10-15 minutes, after that, you'd better enjoy cold showers.

I absolutely love the Hudson on 158 or I wouldn’t have moved here. I love the apartment, the amenities and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They always address any concerns right away. And the maintenance is good about responding to our concerns.

Just moved in and everything is great. The environment here at the Hudson is very welcoming and friendly and I feel very safe being here with my family.
This property is owned by Greystar which is a company with many shady practices and past lawsuits. These practices become apparent when you start getting all sorts of extra fees that you didn't agree to, are charged a huge late fee due to management's slow response time, and can even be evicted upon non-payment of these fees.
Great location and nice amenities. The team members have all been very kind, and the complex is very peaceful.
If you’re looking for a well maintained, quite, and luxury new home this is the one for you.
The maintenance staff at my apartment complex is great... the few times I've had to submit a work order, it has always been taken care of in a very timely manner. They are kind courteous and professional.

Quiet apartment living with easy access to shopping and dining in Midland and Odessa. Dog friendly is a plus! Office team have been awesome on communication before and after my lease was signed.
The Hudson is a wonderful new apartment complex in Midland. With a great front staff it has been a pleasure utilizing the excellent apartment amenities outside, while having an easy to manage home life with brand new fixtures and a brilliant open floor-plan

The staff was excellent, Bryan was very helpful with answering all my questions, providing the your, and assuring me the prices for each apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an affordable and beautiful apartment complex.
