The amenities are great but need renovation, location is great on campus. I also feel that the passages could be kept cleaner, but study rooms are clean.

I like that this location comes furnished and with an attached parking garage. So much is walkable from this particular locations well, which helps.

The hub is a great choice for Purdue students. I leased a room for my child and we are both very pleased with the building and all the amenities. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had the pleasure of dealing with Allison. I would highly recommend to any student/parent looking for a great option for their child.

I am currently looking into off campus student living and have had such a hard time with finding an apartment. I called the Hub today and a wonderful lady named Allison came to the rescue. It has multiple amenities that are very helpful and entertaining. The apartments are very spacious and come with useful appliances.

I have been living in the hub for awhile now, and I love it. I love being so close to campus, having a safe parking garage to park my vehicle, and an apartment with so many great amenities like a gym in the complex as well as a pool. I feel very safe living here, which is so important to me.

I’ve been in hub for two years and just renewed for a third. My roommate and I have had virtually zero issues and love being able to have our cats here too. Colby is a massive help every time I need to go to the office. Would highly recommend signing a lease here!

Everyone has their own opinion of things. But I think this place is amazing. The best in WL. I really appreciate the modern apartment styles and friendly staff
Hub State Street apartments are beautiful, the management team is even better! They were very friendly, and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend.
By far one of the most friendly staff and Management I’ve encountered during these past years. Especially the Leasing Manager , answered all quest i had without hesitation. Cant wait to see what the future brings this property ??
Hub has 200 units, 52 with a bedroom with NO window. My son is paying top dollar to live in what he calls a prison cell with no sunlight. He was never shown floor plan with no windows no informed this was a possibility.
The WIFI in the building is useless. The management gives a very good lip service, but not substance. They play as if they are the victim. Elevator broke down during finals week and move out. Management did the bare min to fix. They have three elevators for 50 apartments per floor.
