Overall very satisfied. The only complaint is my shower head has a leak causing mold growth in my shower and maintenance took days to come fix it. Love the atmosphere and amenities of the hub.

I just moved to the hub and so far I love it! Everything is so modern and nice! The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but fit everything I need, and the bathroom is big!

To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of some of my roommates as they made me feel a little unwelcome. The room itself and the apartment are very nice, I love the fitness facility. Parking can be a mess sometimes but other than that, my experience has been great!

Very nice service. Great Amenities. So far I have had a good experience in the 4x4 apartment. Great minimilistic design and window view. Make sure to sign early in the year to get a discounted price. This place also has a shuttle that goes to UCF so thats very convenient so you don't have to pay for parking and waste gas.

Great service and they offered me such hospitality. I love it here. One more thing that is extremely rare to find these days, THEY RESPOND QUICKLY !! Literally, in the midst of the rush and everyone is contacting them for their apartment details, they still answer to emails on the same day and phone calls within the hour!!!
Rooms are super pretty.You get what you pay for which is a lot of nice amenities. Its in a great community.Staff is super friendly and will help when needed.

I have had a wonderful experience at the Hub and cannot wait to live here next year too!! The staff is very helpful and kind, and always available if you have any questions if you need anything. The property is always clean and organized! The gym and pool are some of my favorite places. The trash system is wonderful, they pick it up from your door most days a week which is so helpful! If there is ever any issues, the staff are happy to help and maintenance usually comes to fix your problem quickly (depending on the severity). I haven’t had a bad day at Hub and don’t think I ever will :)

It’s pretty fine the hallways smell sometimes bc the trash people never come on time so the trash can sit out all day. The staff is also usually pretty nice

Apartment always seems to fall apart around us. Living here is not worth it. I wish they build the place better it’s so cheaply made in quality

The prices are getting higher and the quality is dropping. They tow residents and offer minimal guest parking. The office staff is not very kind and the maintenance requests take days to fulfill, even broken AC requests in peak Florida heat.

Hub on campus charges more than what the should be charging. In the last month since move in I know at least 5 people who had a broken ac and its been over 2 weeks and they have yet to fix it. There was also a leak in the lobby because the property had a leak from an apartment washer/dryer unit and all the property did was use some duct tape on the washer but didn't bother to fix the ceiling for mold in the lobby. They also find ways to charge you extra money like leaving your garbage out past 9 am will cot the apartment $20 a day. Management is also rude when you try to ask about the issues and try to blame the residents.

This is really one of the worst apartments in the Orlando area for the money. The living room is so small, the management is rude and not helpful and they try to take your money however they can. I really urge anyone reading this to not live here it is truly horrible
