Current tenant of 8 months. Love it

I love my apartment. The floor plan, the price for this much space, the area with lots of walkable restaurants/stores, easy transit area. Maintenance responds to request pretty quickly. The only 2 things I don’t like, the ambulance and police sirens all day, everyday. Although that’s not the fault of the property management, just an unfortunate cost to city life. The other down side is the stairs! But only of youre on the top floor like i am.
