Property Ratings at Hornbrook Estates Apartments
They don’t fix serious maintenance issues. Washers and dryers don’t even work, and only first floor units have w/d hookups. They stopped paying for water, sewage, and trash, but still can’t come up with the money the hire professionals.
It’s quiet and the apartment is very spacious. Highly recommend
I recently moved into hornbrook Estates and I have had absolutely no problems so far. The staff has been amazing, they even volunteered to check on my dogs and make sure they were settling in okay while I was at work! The only complaint I have about the property is that there is no designated parking so if you get home later then it's hard to find a place nearby.
I wanted to take a moment and relate my experience with leasing an apartment at Hornbrook Estates. I recently leased an apartment at Hornbrook. I had explored many other properties on the east side of Evansville and Hornbrook won hands down. From my initial experience of application, (I had the pleasure of working with Erica, a new office employee at the time. She was effortlessly patient, miraculously kind, and made the move in process a piece of cake as we moved in just four days, prior to submitting an application.) all the way through the moving in process I have been very satisfied. I believe the property offers a very good cost for the space, amenities and utilities. Our two bedroom apartment has a ton of closet space witch was a very important factor to me. Having a washer and dryer available on the floor is very convenient. I would rate my experience so far as top notch. Hope it helps others to decide.
These apartments are in a great location off Green River road, just far enough away from where the traffic tends to build up, which makes coming and going a breeze. My one bedroom unit is wheelchair accessible with very spacious rooms; especially the bathroom. I love the fact that I can use my own washer and dryer and that I don't have to pay extra for water and trash pick up. As for the staff, I've mainly worked with Lydia and Erica, who have been very helpful every time I've had questions. I just send an email and one of them gets back to me with all the answers I need. For this facility to be so short-staffed, I think they're doing a great job!
I recently moved into Hornbrooke, and have not had any problems so far. They were replacing the carpet in the halls, so there was some noise from that,but the hallway looks much better. Otherwise pretty quiet. I have not had trouble with parking or noisy dogs. I have seen some pets outside without owners but they tend to stay in their own area which doesn't bother me. Erica was the leasing agent who got me into the apartment. She was very welcoming and got me into the apartment fast. Thank you Erica!
I just recently moved in and this place is absolutely amazing for the price. They have great staff. It's very quiet and I love the closet spacr. I had a issue with my shower head and the maintenance team came in to fix it immediately. I can't wait to see how the rest of my stay goes.
The staff did an excellent job staying in contact, making us feel welcome and keeping us informed on things we needed turned in before we moved into our apartment.
Clean 2 bedroom on third floor. Includes heat, water and trash pickup. Rent is low for the area. Center courtyard has play area for kids and includes multiple grills.
Located on south green river road, this apartment makes working in Henderson, ky an easy 15minutes drive. It's also just 5 minutes away from grocery stores, gyms, malls, and restaurants, etc on Green River Road in Evansville. It's minutes away of everything a city offers without all the noise and traffic. I'm very happy I was able to get an apartment in this area, 960 sq foot 2bedroom, pet friendly, and in great shape for only $580/month. --- water heat and sewer included! Seriously, it's awesome, very glad I didn't go to village green apartments across the street-- I would've lost ALOT of square footage! My neighbors are quiet, the managers are friendly, and I have zero complaints.
