The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hopes Crossing
I called the office and the lady I spoke with at the desk was very kind to me. I normally don’t get to speak with anyone as nice as her. She answered every question I had about the apartments. Very informative and professional. I went to pick up an application and going to hand it back in on Monday. The complex looks very neat and safe to live in. I’m hoping that my 5 year old son and I can soon call this place our first time home.
I lived here in the past and it was the WORST years of my life. Rent is raised for no reason! Mostly all the neighbors I’ve come into contact with are horrible. Each apartment gets their ONE spot but apparently many of them decided that they’re entitled to more than one. My family was never able to visit me because there was NEVER a spot available for them to park in. And at night, forget it. You will never hear the end of music and yelling outside ALL NIGHT. as a full time college student with a full time job I could not sleep at all. EVER. TRUST ME. IF YOU ARE READING THIS SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND JUST LOOK ELSE WHERE. This place is not worth it at all!!

I highly suggest looking for an apartment elsewhere! any maintenance problems you have can take months or years to get fixed! Parking is a big problem. Inconsiderate neighbors will treat the very few visitor spots as their own. So then you have to park by the main office which is quite a walk depending on what court you live in. Cars are always being damaged which no one sticks around to claim the damage they have done. Management is always raising the rent but can't provide ample parking and better security. Never seen another apartment complex like this one which is not a good thing. Exterior looks okay but once your in you realize!

This place is most beautiful than I've seen, nice rooms and spacious living. Nice people and town.
APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL. STAFF VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ONE DOWNFALL FOR ME IS THE NO PET POLICY. I HAVE A CAT AND I'M NOT GOING TO DUMP IT INTO A SHELTER BECAUSE OF THE NO PET POLICY.
i have family here n they love it. i would deffinatly recommend anyone to live here! theyre great!
