Property Ratings at Honey Creek Place
Most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Was in town called for an appointment, they never returned my call. Door is locked and message must be left. I filled out an application for a unit, never acknowledged my application, never responded to multiple messages. Kept my deposit. I feel sorry for the company that owns this building!
I lived here for a year, and I must say it was the best experience I had while living in Milwaukee. Marie, the property manager, is excellent. She handles every inquiry with urgency and attentiveness. The building itself is awesome, and living there was very easy. It is in great proximity to Tosa Village, State St, and downtown. If you can get into Honey Creek during your apartment search, just stop looking and sign. You will not regret it! Excellent, excellent.

As the very first tenant here at Honeycreek Place I can say I saw it from the very beginning and have had the privilege of seeing it to its completion. This building has a very beautiful common area, rooftop, and great heats underground parking garage. The owners are very hands on and that is something you do not see nowadays. They are so friendly, along with the manager Marie! She is awesome! I am very picky about where I choose to call home..but I’d call this place my home any day. I do not plan on leaving anytime soon. Maybe never!
I am one of the first residents and lived there 2019-2021. The entire building were brand new, all utilities are shiny. The garden side of the building was very quiet, it gives you very good rest. The building is managed well. Although there are small construction fixes from time to time, it is a nice building. Common areas are maintained very well, great for socialization.
