Excellent Staff and Rentals

I have rented with HOMESTEAD PROPERTIES for nearly three years. I would 100% recommend them, whether a student or a family, they have a variety rental choices. I have always found the staff professional, helpful, friendly and always available. The pool, laundry room and gym are always clean. If maintenance calls are placed, any concerns are resolved immediately. The grounds are regularly maintained, excellent lawn service and seasonal flowers planted..A great home away from home. D.S.

Good College Apartment

The apartment is a good size for 1-2 people and it was clean when I moved in. I've been here for about 2.5 years and the staff has always been friendly and respectful. Maintenance requests are usually dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I've been happy here!

Great place to live

This is my first time living away from home and Homestead Properties staff, from the girls in the office to the repairmen have all been wonderful. They are always very on top of things and make sure that you have everything you need. I would definitely recommend Homestead Properties to anyone!

Great Place to Live

I have been living at Homestead Properties for almost a year now, and I absolutely love living here. This is my first apartment and it was an easy transition from my house with my parents to on my own for college. The staff is super sweet and they are always eager to fix any problem that I may have. I definitely recommend living here!

Excellent Service

I started looking for a place in the summer time and the girl in the office with the blonde hair, I can't remember her name :/, was so nice and helped us out with everything. I love the apartment and I've had no issues except random maintenance that came up, but they came out the next day. I have definitely recommended it to people still searching for a place.

Poor management

Do yourself a favor and do not live at Homestead Property. The staff in the office is very rude and un-helpful. I would not recommend dealing with this property. It would have numerous calls to the office to get any response for questions or concerns. Once the office would contact me back, I was treated very poorly. It takes several weeks to get a dishwasher or stove repaired.

Great Location

I have lived here for 2 years, had no trouble at all. I did have lots of questions since it was my first time in an apartment and the girls in the office were very helpful. It is a great location, that's what I like most about it. It's so close to school- takes me few mintues to get there, park, and get to class. I'll be staying as long as I'm in school!!

Horrible to deal with.

I am a current resident with Homestead. They are the most horrid group of people I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They are rude, deceitful, and will say anything they can to get more money out their tennents. Stay away from these people.
