Property Ratings at Homestead at Hamlin
Just a little briefing about live here. It's being good and the amazing crew help us in everything they can but... If you are thinking to move here, just keep in mind that you will live literally in a buzy construction site. You will wakeup EVERY single morning with noisey people, hammers and machines (Today is Sunday 07/14 and they are there making a lot of noise). You will live without internet ( yes, no streaming, no remote work) and without wifi to setup a single printer that will make you drive far (and pay) for a copycenter to print a single piece of paper. You will live in a place that the address isn't recognized by the postal code yet and you will need to drive 16.4 miles (roundtrip) everyday just to check if you have a single mail piece in the closest USPS facility. You will live in an area were the celular signal is around zero (specially for T-Mobile). You will enjoy your summer withound the pool or other amenities that they show on their website. Nothing is ready yet and visiting the contruction site, you can see it will take a long time to be finished. BTW, the website shows how it will be, not the truth about what it is. Be prepared for all sort of promisses about this and that and rear about deadlines that will never happens.
