HoM Flats at Felch Street

It's amazing here. Plus with a jungle on property perfect for my winter session. Fall as well. Go work out at the gym there is a gaming room aswell to chillax.

It took several time to complete lease work . It was very daunting. I do like living in the penthouse. It would be nice if the sanitation receptacles would be available every day so people wouldn’t leave their trash in front of the gate.

My family moved in May 2025, and we've settled in nicely. I personally love the full size washer and dryer, the kitchen appliances, and the space. My 2 boys love the park and the sidewalk space for walking our dog. The community is quiet and friendly when speaking to neighbors.

I have absolutely love being a resident at Hom Flats! These aren't just any apartments. The community living brings an entirely different and unique experience compared to anywhere else I have ever lived. My kids and I are so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this community.

Since the moment I arrived to Hom Flats, I knew I was going to love it. I love the property manager!! She’s the best!! The staff is amazing and the move in was very smoothly.

I am happy that i am here & i dont intend to move anytime soon! The management tries very hard to have something for us every month kids, pets & the adults! The maintenance crew are almost always on top of things. The amenities are awesome (just a tad bit pricey but not bad). The apts come fully loaded with stainless steel appliances & full size front loading washers & dryers! Cant speak for all the other apts but the 1 bdrm bathrooms are big! And it is conviently close to a lot of atores & restaurants!

I am so grateful for Hom flats. I have found comfortable and safely here. I love all of the community activities that Hom provides. It gives us the opportunity to talk and create new friendships. Community is so important

Very well kept nice new property! It is conveniently located near grocery stores and department stores for all our shopping needs. Overall very pleased with this property.

A Place with Great Potential Moving into this apartment was smooth, and management made me feel welcome. The community has a great vibe, and I appreciate the amenities and atmosphere. However, some areas could be improved. My unit was not move-in ready, and a few repairs, like a broken cabinet door, were needed. The heating was out for a week during a winter storm. Took long to fix. Shared amenities also need attention. The game room’s pool table is worn, and the air hockey table doesn’t work well. The gym’s weight bench is partially broken, and nighttime privacy is a concern due to visibility from outside. The outdoor fireplace is a great feature, but remains unusable, and grills have yet to be installed, despite being promised. Addressing these issues—faster maintenance, refreshed amenities, and thoughtful upgrades—would enhance the living experience. Despite these concerns, I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and look forward to continued improvements.

Place is a great place to live, pet friendly, staff is friendly and understanding. Apartments are spacious and homey. The location is right by most place which is convenient

A wonderful place to live! Has all amenities I love! Including in unit washer/dryer, pet friendly, and includes a gym! Payments are easy to make as well as maintenance requests. They really care about your living situation and make a great community!

I just moved in and i really love the space, the apartments are very roomy with tall ceilings and everything is new and updated. the game room and gym are good spaces too

Management is always doing such a great job at making sure this facility is clean and gives such a warm welcome with plenty of amazing activities and amenities

Outside of the usual apartment complex complaints...it is really peaceful here. For the most part the maintenance team work really hard to do their best at keeping the property up. It is pet friendly here. The management team is very friendly and understanding and will do their best to accommodate their tenants within reason and the law. The mail room doesn't have just mailboxes...they also have a package concierge to keep our packages safe. The amenities are pretty good..just a tad bit expensive though..lol. The staff has at least 3-4 different activites for the residents and sometimes even for their families every month. I am going on my 4th year here and i don't see myself moving just yet either.

I have made Hom flats my home. This has become the place where my cat and I find our comfort and safety. The amenities are great and the staff is so friendly and supportive. I am so grateful to be a resident here!

Wellllll, we lost our favorite maintenance person, only to have his wonderful return later. Regardless all jokes aside, I've been here for three years now and I still adore this place. I still avidly recommended this residence to family, friends, and coworkers. It's the safest place I've ever lived. Staff is kind, smart, and quick to find answers or have solve problems that may appear.

HoM Flats is a great place to live! Very friendly staff, the staff keeps residents updated, the staff is very involved with the community and keeps the apartments clean and safe

Moved in bit over year now, my experience has been great so far. I love the conveniency of all the near by stores and restaurants. Building well maintained and there are activities through the week you can participate in.

I enjoy my experiences at Homflats. It's quiet and comfortable. Most times the public areas are clean. I enjoy the amenities, and while I don't attend most community events, it's nice to know they are available for tenants.

Nice updated apartments with lots of amenities! Built in WiFi. Simple scanning of QR code to begin service immediately, was offered at an affordable rate!

Safe. Comfortable and very clean. Amenities are accessible and we all get along. I love living here especially with multiple door accesses for safety and we all respect each others privacy.

For the most part...i love it here. I LOVE my apartment! The staff is friendly & professional. Even my neighbors are very nice (even those that dont speak the same language are nice & friendly). The walls & the floors are too thin as i can hear people down the hall or the floor below me (sometimes)..but hey...it is an apartment. I do not plan on moving anytime soon!! The staff plans activities for adults, children and the pets! They are always adding activities and trying to keep things fresh. I also like how they actually take the time to converse with you and try to understand any problem that you may be having.

I have been at Home Flats for 3 years as a loyal resident. But it is the staff members who make this place so amazing and who make it so easy to want to stay. I love the community activities and events. They make this place a home not just an apartment. I hope to stay and be a part of this community for years to come. It has honestly changed my life for my kids and I because nobody else would give me a chance. And in that I was able to prove for years now that I am a clean and safe resident who has never been late on my payments. Thank you Hom Flats for everything you do. To the staff and maintenance crew you are truly amazing people and my kids and I are so grateful for everything that you do! Everyone’s friendly, have had no problems. All the staff in the office and maintenance work fast. The apartment is good for kids, with the play area and park. My boys enjoy it.

This is an apartment community! Not everyone will click, not everyone will have the same line of thought..but everyone here wants to be able to live their lives. Some neighbors are qieut some are noisy but there is a mutual respect that everyone has for the other person. The ONLY thing that would make my stay here any better...is a balcony! This is one of the few places i actually am greatful to be in. From the full sized (in your apt) washers & dryers to the amenities to the maintenance and office manager. Tom is the new manager and i just want to welcom him as well ??

My kids and I have really enjoyed living at Hom Flats ! It has a great community feel andtheres always fun themed activities throughout the month!

The staff are so responsive to ideas and maintenance, most everything gets fixed right away! The events in the art studio and out on the diag are really nice, no driving needed to join a water balloon fight, a picnic, art project or pizza night! Good job all of you!

This is a great place to live, you feel cared for and most of all the children enjoy the atmosphere and the many different activities being available to them.

I have lived at Hom flats for over two years and still love it. I feel totally comfortable and safe here. I appreciate how the company keeps the common areas clean every week. I have made several friends within the community and love the amenities that are available to us to enjoy.

I love how well kept the grounds are. The matinee crew are diligent. Staff is down to earth. Not one issue with residents :-) Peaceful and relaxing. My girls and I like it here!

I can't begin to explain how amazing this community has been, how I am so happy to be here. I love my community, I hope we get our old maintenance crew back. but other then that everyone is kind, caring, and polite. I haven't heard of any fighting among neighbors. I'm so happy this was my first appointment, and probably the only apartment I'm in until I am ready to find a home.
