Property Ratings at Hollywood Park North

Zero Stars only put 1 star because I had to pick one
This place is horrible. There are feral cats, roaches and the first floor is infested with bed bugs. There are always furniture and mattresses (because of the bedbugs) thrown near the dumpster. If you have pets keep them inside and dont walk them on the property, or they will get fleas and ticks from the cats everywhere. No one cleans up aor picks up the trash. The parking lot floods anytime it rains and people will park in your assigned spot. The so called management only cares about money and constantly changes policies. One month you can use a check for rent the next month only cash is accepted. They raise rent whenever they feel like. They patch up problems or will leave it for 3 weeks. If maintenance does come they'll start a job then leave for weeks before finishing. Don't expect them to return your deposit, a neigbor moved out in the fall 2017 and it's summer 2018 and still no deposit has been returned. Also some of the neighbors sell drugs and party to all hours of the night. Be prepared to have your car vandalized. Run from this place.

neighbors are amazing okay view... pool is awesome and I love the planes going by.... walking distance to many places!!!
