The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hollywood Court Apartments
The maintenance staff is great! Just ask and you will receive. When I lived there, management was pretty much non-existent. They have control of the heat. It runs from October to March. If you want AC, you have to supply the window unit and maintenance will install it for you. My neighbors were great! The view was great! Everyone in the building got along very well. Another problem is doing laundry. Not every building has a washer and dryer. So it can be tough sometimes to get your clothes washed. I lived there for 2 years until my husband passed away. I really hated leaving that place. All in all, it was a great place to live.
