About Hollywood Biltmore
This newly remodeled Hollywood Gem is a must-see! The Hollywood Biltmore was built in 1958 and has a sparkling pool, a large courtyard with beautiful olive trees, and a shared laundry room. This property is located in the heart of Hollywood, steps away from the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, El Capitan Theater, the Ovation / Galaxy shopping center, and LA Fitness. Close to transportation, shopping, music, dance, make-up, film, and drama schools. PET Policy: Cat Only APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Non-refundable $36 application fee. Applicant(s) must have 8 months of positive rental/mortgage history for approval. Unlawful Detainers and outstanding rent could result in denial. If the applicant has less than twelve months of positive rental history, a co-signer could be required. You must have a government-issued photo identification (state driver's license, passport). Completed applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are approved, you will have 48 hours to sign your lease and provide us with the full security deposit. Once approved, we can hold a unit two weeks from the date you applied with a Deposit Holding Agreement. Applicant Requirements: income, pay stubs, offer letters from the new job, bank statements, income tax return. Rent to Income: Applicant(s) must make at least 3 times the amount of the rent for approval. Credit Criteria: Applicant(s) must have good credit and a FICO score of 700 or higher for approval. If the applicant has no established credit, a co-signer may be required. Bankruptcies or Eviction applications will be denied. OTHER POLICY: The first month's rent is due at move-in; if it's during the month, a prorated amount will be due. Rent is Due on the 1st of the month. Occupancy limits are 2 persons per 1 bedroom *3D tour of a similar unit

It has been remodeled, Nice granite counter tops, hardwood floors, community laundry, 1 parking space, and the best part is water, gas, and electric is included with rent price. There's a pool and the courtyard is beautiful. Walking distance from the Dolby Theatre.
