The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Holly Place
I’ve been a tenant since July. Starting management was poor, never really managed correctly. We now have Kylie & I’ve gotten so much done in 2 weeks of my term vs the past 5 months!!! Very quiet clean community. Friendly tenants & well kept apartments. Very considerate new management!!!

Friend, Thanks for visiting Holly Place! It means so much when residents share their positive experiences with us. Thank you for your 4 star review. Kylie Rollins, Property Manager, PM@liveatholly.com
This place has definitely declined in terms of management. The pool has been a disgusting green swamp for months. Further, today the light has fallen and presents a serious electrical risk as it is a live wire on the ground - children and pets can be vulnerable. The boards near our apartment are rotting and need repair. Overall, there is potential but this place is really lacking management and attention. I hope it has a better future but I may consider moving if not.

I have lived at this complex since 2020 and had some ups and downs but since new management and maintenance have taken over it’s actually been really great!

I just moved in from out of town on 3/31 & Brittany made sure to welcome me with open arms. After a few minor fix-ups my apartment is amazing. I look forward to calling Lila Place my new home.

The place is extremely gross. Our apartment is literally INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. Have contacted management multiple times about this and they keep saying they're going to send an exterminator but they never have and it's been months. In talking to the neighbors, it turns out their apartments are also infested - so I guess it's the entire building. Do yourself a favor and do not live here unless you have a big urge to get over your fear of bugs.
I live in South College Gardens. I just love this place. I have been living here since June 9th, 2018.
I have lived at this complex for 6 years and have enjoyed my time here. Management is involved and a great example of what it is to care about the residents and community. The location is great! I highly recommend living here to anyone!!
A very nice an quite professional property management
Great Clam place to live. Smart neighbours and friendly staff.
good place to live, super nice staff
-Pre-existing pest (rats, roaches, etc.) problems exacerbated by valet trash which does not come regularly. -The staff are rude and unhelpful, which is unfortunate because the office works like a revolving door. In 2 years they went through at least 3 different staff changes. It's also the reason this place doesn't have at least 20 more bad reviews- they wipe out the old reviews every time they get new "management." I can't stress this enough, you absolutely must get everything in writing that they tell you. They do all sorts of shady things in order to ping you with more fees. Where is all that money going? It's certainly not to the community because they washer and dryers and the pool are complete garbage. -Seriously, I wouldn't wish this complex on anyone! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
I did because it was cheap but it's still hurting my credit. They use underhanded business practices and will not return your calls. Any money saved living here will need to be used for an attorney when you leave.
Good to start out with, the closets were massive. But we slowly started to notice things. Our living room had no light fixture, Maintenance took FOREVER, and the whole place was kind of dim. Over the 3 1/2 years we stayed there, we noticed mold in the first year, had a roach problem the second year, and each year would be some kind of loud neighbor below us. Also, the stairs were steep and pool was NEVER clean. But, no crazy parties which you would expect from apartments right next to the college, so it was relatively quiet. And the landlady was very sweet.
