The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I love my new apartment here. So far so good. I love the keyless entry as I tend to lose my keys. Also the office staff is super friendly and really took the time to help me get settled into my place! I would definitely recommend. My only small issue is that the gym could use some more equipment.

Thanks for the fantastic review, Darian! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying your new apartment and the keyless entry. Our team appreciates your feedback about the gym equipment and will definitely take it into consideration. Your recommendation means a lot to us! Please let us know if we can do anything to keep your experience a positive one!
extremely disappointed with the noise coming from the exhaust pipe. It was constant and loud, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there were issues with the elevator that would go off randomly and takes average a week to fix. I tried to address these concerns with the management but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Overall, my experience in this apartment was unpleasant due to the constant noise disruptions. I would not recommend staying here if you are sensitive to noise or value a peaceful living environment.

If you don’t mind ever sleeping again this is the perfect place to live. Since my first week living here I’ve complained to management 4 times about noise. Only resolution management had for me was to pay a $1000 unit transfer fee to transfer to a new unit that could possibly have the same issue. I love the gym and the lobby and common areas are always clean & maintenance respond timely but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for not getting any sleep in the place you call home. As much money as we pay in rent we shouldn’t be able to hear our neighbors and we also shouldn’t have to live on the top floor to get a peaceful nights rest. Not only is it disturbing but feel as if I have no privacy. I Can’t wait for this lease to be over.
