Hitchcock Apartments

The buildings are old and the units are small, outdated and dirty. The one I saw looks like they just sprayed all the walls and doors with paint. The appliances were old, dirty and two broken cabinet doors.

The new management is worse than the last and they were awful. Dirty laundry rooms, machines often unavailable and now dog poop everywhere. Avoid this property and management company if possible.

I love it here! My building is well maintained, and very quiet. The managing staff is very helpful with any issues, and take any and all complaints seriously, with 100% responsiveness and quick resolution. The property is nice, but the roof needs properly sealed. Lots of residents had issues with leaks last year. I just hope the pools will be opened this summer so my kids can enjoy it, since that is part of their leasing advertisement!

I don’t understand all of the people complaining on here! I have lived here over 2 years now. I started in the one bedrooms and moved over to the two bedrooms. They take great care of me! They were willing to work with me on a few different things, maintenance USUALLY comes same or next day whenever needed, they keep the hallways clean. They care about their residents and I am always greeted with a smile at the office. I am not an elderly person, I am in my 20’s and a single father to a newborn and they showed no sign of discontent or anything of the sort when I informed them of this. I think the people who gave bad reviews on here are probably disgruntled former residents who were always late on rent or caused damage to their apartment or whatever. Because I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here, and I am certain many many residents can say the same. Some have lived here for over 30 years!

We have lived here for a little over a year and it’s been nothing but great. It’s a place to call home. Don’t have any problems with anyone. Everyone is kind and friendly. The staff is amazing. They know you by your name by the first time you meet. The apartments are decent for what you pay for. I needed some things replaced and the staff and maintenance had it replaced within a week. They keep up on the parking lot in winter. They are always cleaning the lobby and halls and laundry rooms. Flaws. People can smoke in apartments so halls sometimes smell. The main front doors are not secured by a key or access code. So anyone can walk in. But for the price. It’s a great place. For me.... It’s Home.
